Felt like home. Staff were great! They provided great customer service. Hotel is a family owned hotel. Just great friendly people. Hotel was beautiful with large clean rooms. Great breakfast with a variety of choices. I highly recommend staying at this hotel.

Pretty bad experience with Cinzano Complex Hotel and its owner

Stay there for 2 nights. The hotel is completely outdated, and the rooms are clearly in need of renovation. There is no elevator, so guests have to carry all of their luggage up and down the stairs. After traveling with bags for several days, this was particularly frustrating.
The owner was also disappointing. He seemed nice and polite on the surface, but I found him somewhat arrogant and not genuinely welcoming once we interacted more.
The breakfast was extremely basic — just eggs with nothing else, plus some basic fruit. When I asked if they had sausages to go with the eggs, I was told they didn’t. Instead, I was brought a piece of old pizza, which was honestly quite surprising and not something I expected at a hotel.
For a hotel at this price point, I expected considerably more.
The room was another major disappointment. The mattress was terrible and very uncomfortable, and even basic things like a kettle and napkins were not provided. I had to specifically ask for them.
Overall, this was a very disappointing stay. During my 10 days traveling around Uzbekistan, I stayed in six different hotels, and Cinzano Complex was by far the worst of them all. I would definitely not recommend staying here, especially considering the other much better options available in Samarkand.
I’m also quite surprised to see so many positive reviews, as my experience was completely different.

The Staff was very warm and welcoming. They even prepared breakfast early when they came to know that we're leaving early morning.
The location is perfect and near Registan Square and a lot of markets for food and shopping. We ate a lot 😄
Rooms were good but bathroom was slightly tight in space.

Comfortable and cool room, tasty breakfast, friendly staff. The room didn't have a fridge, but apart from that it was great.
