Perfect home away from home
Lucky that we found this property in Kho Samui, a perfect home away from home. The house that we stayed is very clean with kitchen, refrigerator, comfortable bed. Nice shady garden, really peaceful. Location also convenience, not far from famous tourist attraction in Bo Phut beach area. The owner also own a nice cozy restaurant near lotus pound. They served delicious Thai food, specially Miang Kham, a tradition tasty Thai snack with a perfect combination flavors.

A great choice in Samui’s interior
This place was so inexpensive I wondered what the catch was. The only catch is it’s far from the coast and has no pool. My room was fantastic, with a quiet balcony. The host family is very hospitable. Note that mosquitoes can be an issue in rainy season.

Friendly hosts with awesome garden, clean and comfy rooms - everything you could need!
Ta and her husband were fantastic hosts, the highlight of our stay was Ta showing us all around her beautiful organic garden and out to the lovely lake nearby. Her plan is to set up a cooking school looking out to the lake - I can't wait to visit her again and attend a cooking class! She treated us to her sister's restaurant Phad Thai and it was authentic and delicious. She went out of her way to make us feel welcome and we would highly recommend staying here - nice to be away from the tourist traps and only a short scooter ride to some great spots. Thanks for your hospitality! We hope to visit again soon!

A Home Away from Home
The owners "Toi & Ta" are the most beautiful hosts they could ever be. They are warm, loving, friendly, extremely helpful and make you as comfortable as possible. We were greeted with refreshing cool drinks at the start of our 6 day stay at "Baan Patcharintorn Samui" Over the period of our stay they managed to win our hearts over with small small considerable instances. Rooms are very comfortable with hot water 24/7. Beds are warm, clean and soft. They booked our majority of the local travel tickets. Haggled with local guys for good discounts for the same. Ta even gifted us a small souvenir while leaving. Truly recommended.

I wish I could rate this place more than a 5-star!
After a few months in Koh Samui, I'd made an absolutely right choice to spend my final ten at this lovely place.
The house is clean, cosy, safe and very comfortable. I love my room located on the second floor of the house. The room is with private balcony (perfect garden view) and the ensuite bathroom. The sleeping quality is superb as the bed and blanket are high quality, soft and clean. The host, Ta and Toy, are amazing and incredibly caring - they made me feel like home. Each day, the couple would ensure that I had everything I need and that I had a happy day. Ta shared with me so many local stories, great local tips and dining options. Her home cooked food and herbal drinks are delicious. Ta is a cooking instructor and her southern Thai curry is the best and is to die for! On my last night, it's heavy raining for all day long and part of the island was flooded. Ta and Toy carefully checked if I needed any special assistance from them. Ta cooked three meals for me and Toy bought me the yummy local dessert. I really felt part of this lovely family and really enjoyed every moment in this 'home'. Can't wait to be back soon for a longer period!
