Amazing stay and hospitality
AUD at the restaurant took really nice care of us since we’re a bunch of vegan and vegetarians he made sure our bellies were full at the breakfast by customising meals for us. The stay and the hospitality’s great, definitely coming back!!

Staff are great!
Had a great time at Pamookkoo Resort and all the staff really made the experience. From Aud, Oh,Salin at the breakfast to Mai and Sophia at the front desk and Pui at the Bootatta Bar. Nice stay close to Kata beach and live music every night at the Lana Bar.

We had a good time.
We had a good time staying at Pamookkoo, loved the kids club so much. The place was so clean, Cindy was so friendly, my kids liked her a lot. It would be better to have one more staff during the busy period. Also more activities would be nice.
Had a meal at Bootata at the last night, ordered a beef burger, a pizza and spring rolls, food wasn’t good at all with that price range. Hopefully the restaurant can improve the quality in the future.
The pools were awesome! We spent most of the time there.
Breakfast was good for the first 2 days, then we were a bit sick of the same food every morning. More varieties of food would be great.
Overall the resort staff were friendly and helpful. We will consider to come back in the future.

Good experience, would come again.
Lovely hotel, clean and tidy. Rooms well appointed but very hard beds. Great pools and slides for the kids. Great location, close to restaurants, beach and other activities.

Very pleasant stay
Loved the location there’s plenty of restaurants and massage and entertainment places nearby, beach is also right across the road. The food at the resort was really good, every single meals the rooms are alright and everything is very family friendly. If you have kids they will LOVE this place, gigantic pool with two very long slides.
Shoutout to AUD for the best service and care throughout your stay especially at the restaurant - you will always be famous!
