Overall a perfect place to stay.
Room is perfect, the pool is really clean and nice..
Staff is really polite and helpful
Location is just walk away from every main attractions.
711 is just across the street.

A monk sits in a room of terrible service, where the chaos is as loud as a gong struck by a fool. (The noise is the only truth here.) The matron at her post answers every request, even those which are not truly asked, for she does not care for the silence. How do we mend a broken door when the neighbors scream endlessly, like a chorus of ghosts who cannot find peace? And what of the one who cannot sign, forcing a payment for a foreign passport because of her laziness? (The ink is dry, but the will is wet.) I would not advise any traveler to check in here, for the path is blocked by such awfulness.

We were on vacation with friends, and it wasn’t a vacation, it was a nightmare: the water in the pool was cold, there was mold, the service was terrible, a man barged into my acquaintances’ room, and no one at the reception cared; the hotel is a complete disaster, I wouldn’t recommend it.

I had a wonderful experience at De Coze Hotel! The room was clean, spacious, and stylish, with modern decor and a cozy atmosphere. I especially loved the private balcony—it was a great place to relax after a day out in Patong

I had wonderful stay at De Coze hotel. The hotel is perfect location .the rooms were clean and comfortable.The hotel pool is very good—clean, well-maintained, and perfect for relaxing. Great place to enjoy and unwind during the stay. Highly recommend.
