A bb with bows
Just returned I must say that in this small apartment of the bb real appartament me and my family had a great time but very good comfortable beds 2 steps from the center recommend it

Location is ok, but that's about it
Intended to stay here for 3 nights but only stayed one. The apartment was three floor up and the stairs were steep, narrow and marble. Only we are relatively fit people we would have never gotten the cases up the stairs. The apartment only gad AC in the bedroom and the kitchen was roasting hot. The bathroom was up some more stairs with a Velux window facing the direct sun, and we were unable to use it as it was like a sauna. We had our Daughter sleeping in the sofa bed in the kitchen and she had to move in with us as the kitchen was way too hot at all times. Also the apartment is about a 750km walk from the start of town. We contacted the hosts and explained our disappointment to them, but they were fully booked and unable to offer us a lower down apartment which might have been cooler and easier to access. We left the next day and were charged for one night only

Good location but the B&B is in need of lots of repair - SEE Photos
We stayed at the Re Lear B&B
Lets start with the positive side:
- the location is very good, just a two minutes walk from the clock gate
- Clean
- The guy that welcomed us was kind and friendly
Negative side
- The room was so miserable and humble that the right adjective is squallid. Only the bed was ok. The wardrobe was one of those made by thin wood and canvas (see photo), the bedroom door paint was stripped off (see photo), the wall had holes and bigcracks. Simply squallid.
You have to share the bathroom, which is 1960ish style but clean. However:
The door paint was stripped off in several parts and the shower screen was wobbling,
the boiler is above the bath and the walls are covered with 4/5 different kind of tiles.
I understand that renewing a bathroom can be costy but repainting the doors and repairing the bedroom wall is just a few days of work and very little money.
There is no tv!
My impression has been that of greedy owners that don't want to miss one day of income and don't want to invest any money to improve their business
. Very sad!

Hello, yes we aim to provide a clean place with comfy bed. Cheap and Easy. It's easy to make everything new and sell the room and high prices.! Our B&B is not new, but it's clean, comfy, cheap, in the heart of Verona only 50mt from the Arena! Yes the bedrooms have shared bathroom as it's written before booking.
We are proud to say we have NO TV, but free and reliable WiFi , and come on .. you are in Verona...enjoy the city!

Great, comfortable place to stay!
We stayed in the location with two rooms - which were rented to us and our parents, which was wonderful because it felt like an entire apartment to ourselves. Mattia, who met us, was very friendly and helpful, and the apartment was clean, comfortable, and charming. The location is excellent, just a short walk to Piazza Bra and in a neighborhood with many good restaurants. Great place to stay!

White Rose of Verona
We stayed in the White Rose apartment, which is located across the street from the B&B.
The apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, washing machine, kitchen to cook simple meals, and airconditioning. Host was lovely and helpful with tips on where to visit and eat, and lent us seat cushions for the Opera at the Arena.
The location of the apartment is superb, on a quiet residential street, only a few minutes walk from Piazza Bra where the Arena is located. Perfect for returning after a late Opera night.
There is a lovely pasticceria Barini on Corso Porta Nuovanear the apartment , where we had lovely chocolate pastries for breakfast. Pam Hypermarket is located on the street behind the apartment.
The bus stop for the LN26 bus to Sirmione is also located very near the apartment, on Corso Porta Nuova (in front of the Amplifon shop).
