Beautiful, peaceful and absolutely worth a visit
From the very first step through the door, we were enveloped by an incredible sense of calm that instantly made us slow down and relax.
Sa Suites has been restored with such care and impeccable taste. Everywhere you look, there are thoughtful and beautiful details.
The food was delicious and full of flavour, and the service was warm, personal and attentive without ever being intrusive.
We especially enjoyed having delicious drinks on the terrace at sunset, accompanied by lovely conversations with the hosts, Nick and Anja. They were incredibly welcoming and made us feel at home while still giving us plenty of space to simply enjoy our familiy holiday.
We truly enjoyed every single minute of our stay and will absolutely recommend Sa Suites to anyone looking for a beautiful, peaceful and very special place to stay.

Fantastisch
We spent 3 amazing days in SA Suites. The host Nick and hostess Anja have realized beautiful rooms in their beautiful manor house. The attractive rooms are spacious and have a beautiful luxuriously finished bathroom.
The entire hotel is very tastefully decorated with beautiful accessories. Every detail has been thought of.
Nick and Anja make sure you lack nothing. A great breakfast in the morning and a delicious three-course menu in the evening cooked by chef Anja with delicious wines advised by wine expert Nick.
The pool is lovely with nice sunbeds. The hotel is located in a nice quiet area.
All in all a great experience and we are already dreaming of coming back.

5/5 Stars...Bravo!
Oftentimes a destination does not live up to the representations in the photos on its website. This is not the case with Sa Suites. It is a lovingly restored Italian villa on a hill overlooking the Salento countryside that exceeded our expectations at every turn. Owners, Annia and Nick, live on the property which has only a small number (eight, I believe) of well appointed and meticulously clean suites. We enjoyed a lovely, and healthy, complimentary breakfast each morning on the veranda overlooking the olive tree grove and delighted in conversing with the 2 other couples who were there during our stay. The Villa was perfectly situated for use as our headquarters as we toured southern Puglia each day with our local friend from Sqinzano.
Just a word about Nick and Annia, who have curated every detail of Sa Suites. Aside from being excellent hosts, they are good people who are more interested in making your holiday perfect than in making a few extra dollars. I can say this only because of a mistake on my part, which compelled us to leave earlier than planned. Although they were under no obligation to do so, Nick and I were able to come to an arrangement that I believe was both fair and generous on his part.
If you are looking for an idyllic Italian villa in the countryside, we highly recommend Sa Suites.

Great stay with very nice host and hostess
In July 2026 we spent 4 days at Sa Suites. It was a great experience. Nick and Anja are a great host/hostess. In everything they want to please you and nothing is too much. The boutique hotel with the decor is really beautiful!! Breakfast fantastic. Then we also used the dinner. Starting with a drink, then at the table and a well catered dinner. Staying at Sa Suites is truly a party and real holiday. Highly recommended for everyone. We certainly hope to visit again.

But what makes SA Suites special are its owners. Attentive without being overwhelming, approachable without being intrusive, with that natural gift for making guests feel like they are the most important part of the day. The service was perfect from start to finish.
We are in Trepuzzi, just a few minutes from Lecce, surrounded by olive trees and silence. A true paradise.
If you are looking to truly relax in Puglia — not just sleep, but rest — this is the place. We will return.
