A place that enters your heart: excellence, emotions, and extraordinary people.
There are beautiful places, and then there are places that manage to make you feel truly at home. The Adler Ritten Lodge, for us, is exactly this.
We returned for the second consecutive year and, if possible, we fell in love with this place even more. The property is simply wonderful: immersed in nature, surrounded by a peace and silence that completely regenerate. The rooms are splendid, cared for in every smallest detail and always impeccably clean. The pool heated to 34 degrees is a dream, the environments are elegant yet welcoming, the spa is fantastic and every corner of the resort conveys well-being and harmony.
I also had the pleasure of treating myself to the Revive massage, performed by Oyuntux, and it was one of the most beautiful treatments I have ever received.
But if all this makes the Adler a five-star resort, what makes it truly special are the people.
Last year we had met some staff members who were no longer there this year and, I admit, we were a bit disappointed. Instead, we discovered an equally extraordinary team, composed of highly prepared professionals, always smiling, helpful, and endowed with a rare humanity.
A special thanks goes to the manager, a person who perfectly embodies the spirit of the Adler: always present, authentic, capable of stopping to talk with guests, making them feel truly important.
At the restaurant, we cannot fail to mention the wonderful Aymeth, whom we had already met last year: very sweet, professional, competent, and always capable of offering a smile. This year we also had the pleasure of meeting Luciano, just twenty years old but with a preparation and sensitivity truly out of the ordinary. Thanks also to Andrea, always impeccable, competent, and very attentive to every detail, and to Ms. Andrea, Brazilian, very nice, prepared, and capable of putting everyone at ease with her cheerfulness and her kindness. Thanks also to Jacopo, always ready to recommend the perfect wine. And naturally to the maître d' Paul, who coordinates everything with great elegance and professionalism.
Chef Christian deserves a chapter of his own. On the last evening, he pampered us in a way we will not forget: he came personally to our table, bringing us some of his dishes and letting us taste his specialties. A gesture that perfectly tells of the passion and love that are put into one's work here.
The bar is also a little spectacle: Rudy and AfaK are true cocktail artists, while Klaus won us over with his grilled dishes, dumplings, and the extraordinary traditional Trentino desserts.
From the reception to the spa, from the restaurant to the bar, every single person contributes to creating an atmosphere that goes well beyond the concept of hospitality. Here you don't just feel like a customer: you feel welcomed, listened to, and pampered.
The Adler Ritten Lodge is not just a luxury hotel: it is a place that enters your heart and from which you leave already with the desire to return.

A corner of PARADISE
I have never seen anything like it... not that I regularly visit lodges or resorts, but this facility left me speechless... and it is not easy to do so.
They think of everything... everything is designed to host and pamper the guest. From the moment you enter, after ringing a bell, and a wrought iron gate is opened for you... with the word ADLER in view... almost to tell you "you have arrived home... do not worry about anything... you are safe."
You proceed along a path and find the check-in on the right, and at the end of the path, a covered garage where you can park your car. Of course, there is an elevator that goes directly to the reception... for the lazier ones.
When you enter the reception, a huge hall opens up, with a refined elegance... nothing is excessive... everything is well balanced.
There is a huge fireplace, REAL WITH REAL WOOD.
A mix of white and red leather armchairs, orange fabric, or spotted leather.
There is a gym, Finnish sauna, Turkish bath, indoor and outdoor infinity pool, relaxation room, yoga pavilion, outdoor and indoor dining room, with a view of the forest... because the entire facility is immersed in the forest... and when I say IMMERSED, I mean truly surrounded by centenary trees.
Included in the price, with an excellent quality/price ratio, there is a buffet that ranges from hot dishes, such as cannelloni with meat sauce or vegetable soup, to all the vegetables you want, desserts placed next to a sort of fan that refreshes them, and a wide range of wines.
There are suites and chalets... try the chalets if you can (I realize that this is not an everyday thing) and how they are inside I will leave as a SURPRISE... it is a spectacle.
I found almost nothing wrong, but only much gratitude for the beauty of this corner of Paradise.
The only flaw is the somewhat rigid policy in case a booked guest does not show up.
Accommodating the customer, given the cost, builds loyalty.

What was good has become even better!!
Having stayed at Adler Lodge Ritten before, we already knew how special this place is, so during this visit we mainly focused on small details that could be improved — as overall the experience remains truly wonderful!!!
The atmosphere of the lodge is exceptional, with a sense of calm and connection to nature that is difficult to replicate. The team also plays a big role in the experience: Alex, Christian, Thomas and Lorenza were particularly welcoming, and the bartenders deserve a special mention for preparing excellent cocktails everyday!. The sauna events have also clearly improved since our last stay and are now even more enjoyable with Lysa.
A few small aspects could nonetheless be refined. Breakfast felt repetitive during the stay, and the cakes in particular at breakfast were somewhat underwhelming and even dry, includind the croissants. The à la carte dishes at breakfast were also not especially interesting or tasty...just ok, which contrasted with the amazing lunch expericence everyday (including amazing deserts at lunch everyday!! Like the tasty pana cota, chocolates bites and strudel).
At dinner it would be nice to have a small salad buffet in addition to the bread and cheese s election or even a small ice cream selection!
In the wellness area, adding a whirlpool in the sauna (naked) area could further enhance the experience.
The gym machines could also benefit from an upgrade. There should be newer machines focusing different muscle types for a proper gym workout (leg press, biceps, triceps machines for example are lacking). I think it is really important to upgrade the gym in this hotel concept and add like some gym classes in schedule.
In the rooms, the scent of the bath products could be improved, and having the option of a sheet in addition to the duvet would be helpful, as the rooms can become quite warm to comfortably use the full duvet.
In the tea area, using proper ceramic glasses instead of plastic cups would feel more in line with the overall quality of the lodge and regarding issues with microplastics released in hot water. Finally, it would be great to see a few additional fitness classes offered beyond yoga.
In the second relax area, near the new yoga Pavillion, I would consider adding oil diffusers or oil burners with essential oils changed daily for a different experience and ambiance.
These are all relatively small points, but addressing them would make an already outstanding place even better!!

Great hotel with potential in service
Great hotel with excellent cuisine and location. Very beautiful property with a great view of the Dolomites. Unfortunately, the service does not reach the 5-star category. It lacks attention and friendliness here, especially at breakfast and at lunch.
