Except for a couple of very minor maintenance issues the place was excellent. Loose facet and loose exterior door handle.

Fine, but (?)

Comfortable stay at the Hotel. The location is excellent, a stone's throw from Termini. Clean room, comfortable bed, although the bathroom is a bit small. The staff was friendly and helpful. A great choice for short stays, with some small compromise on bathroom space. Pay attention to the name of the hotel

Sunmoon appears to be a booking agency for other hotels. I was immediately walked a 1/2 mile, in the blazing heat to Viennes Hotel, which was a nice little hotel. So probably better to direct book Viennes.
Had to wait 20 mins at Sunmoon for booking agent to show up. Pictures on Hotels.com are of the Viennes.

Old and a little dirty

The hotel is located in a very convenient location, the prices are certainly attractive, the staff were friendly but unfortunately our room was a bit dirty and needed a small renovation.
The location of our room was near the reception on the ground floor and therefore in the morning from 8 am and in the evening until past 11 pm we could hear people talking, the intercom ringing, the telephone ringing.... Really annoying, in fact it was difficult for us rest. The room was not very clean, the walls were all marked by age, mold in the shower and we found black hair in the sheets, so we asked for clean sheets and replaced them ourselves because there was no person in charge of doing this. Even in the new sheets we found the same hair, probably from the people who fold them. The sheets were washed and ironed but when making the bed it would be a good idea to check and eliminate these errors which immediately give the guest the idea of dirt. I don't recommend this hotel unless you are a very, very basic person and want to spend little.
