Cozy room and great location, with some details to improve

The room is very cozy and equipped with several amenities: microwave, coffee maker, refrigerator and even some snacks included, details that are definitely pleasing. Also excellent parking and the strategic location of the structure: in a minute walk you reach the main square of Pula.
However, there are some aspects that should be reviewed: two non-working lights (one in the bathroom and one above the bedside table), a few support points, the absence of a towel rack for the shower, a shower door that does not close well and, moreover, the room is not very quiet, because you can easily hear the neighbors from the next rooms.
However, they are small interventions that, if taken care of, would make the experience much more comfortable and the room really five stars.

Good Guest House with private parking in the center of Pula

Location in the center of Pula but just outside the ZTL with indoor parking. We stayed 2 nights in the San Macario suite, comfortable bed, very spacious bathroom, however only a soap dispenser is provided and not the courtesy kit. Mini fridge and coffee maker available to guests with a microwave. On the patio you will find a sofa and coffee table, drying rack and deckchairs for the beach. Zero human contact, check in and check out are done independently. Little soundproofed with nearby rooms. I would add a choice with double pillows. Excellent base, very comfortable and clean internally, I would take care a little more of the cleaning of the outside, especially the mobiglio.

****THE WORST HOSTS EVER*****
I travel a lot and this was the first time I experienced such unprofessional behaviour and rudeness to guests.
They are only after your money and don't care about customers.
No wifi, dirty rooms full of insects, only one toilet paper roll, noisy, no privacy...but above all, HORRIBLE behaviour of the owners!!
AVOID IT!!!

Cancelled at last minute

Cancelled despite booking months ago on a non refundable basis, offered a alternative hotel with very dodgy reviews and none on here since 2016! Bizarre behaviour; phoned them up, spoke to owner who said it was a mistake, knew all my details... then the booking agent booking.com said it was still cancelled and he emails me to say I didn’t speak to him, I did and he had my details. Wasted hours sorting it out and as a last minute booking I have less choice. Terrible. Still awaiting refund.

Lei è molto confuso, ma il talento per spacciare come verità delle colossali bugie c’è, e questo è innegabile.
Non chiederò ne’ a lei ne’ a tripadvisor di rimuovere questa recensione ‘farlocca’ solamente perché già con questa risposta sto perdendo del tempo con chi non se lo merita.
Qualunque sia il suo problema, spero almeno che il riempire di cattiverie immotivate lo spazio dedicato ai nostri ospiti qui su tripadvisor le sia servito per sfogarsi.
Un’ultima cosa: spero che ci sia un lieto fine e che lei possa finalmente trovare il famoso proprietario di Coru e Mari con cui dice di aver parlato per telefono, perché io sono l’unica persona a gestire Coru e Mari ed a comunicare con gli ospiti, ma lei con me non ha mai parlato.

Magic moments.... we will be back

We spent 4 days in Coru e Mari during our trip through Sardinia in July. We were really positively impressed by the room, the cleanliness and the attention to details that made our stay very pleasant. The room was comfortable and equipped with all comforts, is located 2 minutes walk from the town center and 5 minutes from the beach Nora. The staff is professional and kind, in particular Ambro always very present and smiling (we were surprised with a small present in the room for my wife's birthday). We felt so good that we decided to extended our stay for one more night..
you can also rent a bicycle and enjoy the wonderful spots of nature around Pula..
We will definitely be back soon
