An alternative birthday

Like a habit, you always return where you spent some nice days, a village with a pine forest, a swimming pool, playgrounds, coves, sea and some palm trees... but this year it was a bit different, I DIDN'T WANT TO GO BACK!!!!
Last year there was the JOY SUMMER entertainment...
this year I don't think they will be the same entertainers...
The staff will surely have changed...
what do we do, do we book anyway?...
in the end we always had a good time!! and the staff has always been friendly and respectful...
OH WELL LET'S GO ANYWAY, IT'S ALSO YOUR BIRTHDAY!!! COME ON BOOK IT!!..

Arrived at the Solara we park, check-in, guys from Joy Summer serving the welcome cocktail,...mmm...

Babe, there's Eddy the head entertainer again, Gabriel the kid who was the DJ vocalist, and Swami the dancer who did water aerobics..!!
…having noted that nothing had changed at the village, in our habits, our vacation begins between the pool, the sea, the bar,…
..then the day to return home always arrives and to store in our hearts the beautiful days spent at the Solara with all the staff, the entertainment EDDY, GABRI and SWAMI!!!
Telling you everything would be impossible but in short it is not difficult to explain the situation…

Happy and satisfied

Splendid, very large village, the convenience of going to the beach accompanied by a free little train, camper area price-quality (affordable) toilet and sanitary facilities to be reviewed (only 2 bathrooms per gender in the entire camper area). Welcoming and friendly reception staff.
But the real gem that makes the approximately 800km trip worth it is the entertainment led by Eddy and his guys, splendid, affectionate, and playful with everyone. Doing everything possible to make the whole family feel at ease by fully organizing all the days.

Terrible experience

I am referring to the camper area, honestly terrible: very dirty facilities, area not taken care of at all, but the worst thing is that when you call and ask if you can go to the sea on foot, they tell you that there is a cliff accessible to children and it is not true, you can go down rocky steps to swim and go back up because the beach is non-existent and in any case you have to walk km of pine forest, or rather paths through bushes to get there. We spent 2 days walking around the entire village (which is huge) without finding the shuttles that are supposed to take you to the beach, there are no signs or arrows, you risk getting lost among the pine forest and alleys. We wasted 2 days of vacation because they make you pay in advance, in fact we left before the expiration date

And it was beautiful

We loved it then the entertainment staff made us have a lot of fun with ie children ie dances then ie eating was very good I hope to find again next year I say thank you and maybe see you next best regards Victor Domenico from Luxembourg

Recommended June 2025 FenR

The hotel is quietly located in the green, room simple but very clean. Location is top near Toro dell Orso , and Otranto 18 min drive. Definitely recommended. Staff super friendly. Restaurant top breakfast and dinner and service great super friendly.
