As expected for the price.
Everything worked: aircondition, breakfast, shower and so on.
Good with close location to the beach.
The bed seemed ok, but I prefer a bit more softer/cushioning bed.
There were some roadworks being done in the street, so not easy to pass with a suitcase and would be impossible with a car. Nothing that the hotel can do with that.

I have mixed opinions regarding this hotel.
Undoubtedly dated, with rooms that need renovation.
but the cleanliness was impeccable.
There are many things to change and improve in the rooms, but the only thing I would not change is the staff.
Mr. Cesare is fantastic, a legend for his age.
Rebecca is impeccable.
Always smiling, friendly, helpful, and ready to accommodate every request made.

Never again.
Total lack of flexibility and basic services. Strengths: Convenient parking and strategic location near the waterfront. Weaknesses: Absence of in-room services, unacceptable customer management, and unkept promises. Business trip to forget. Positive note only for the parking and the proximity to the waterfront, but the management failures made the stay a nightmare. With outside temperatures above 30 degrees, I found a room completely lacking a minibar. As if that weren't enough, the staff expressly forbade me from leaving a bottle of water in the restaurant refrigerator overnight, forcing me to go without cold water. Work efficiency was also compromised the next morning. Breakfast opened at 8:00 AM, the time I strictly had to start working. Having asked for a small advance, the staff had reassured me by guaranteeing that at least a coffee would be available before I started. The result? At 7:45 AM the room was completely deserted, there was no staff, and I had to leave on an empty stomach and without coffee. Total lack of customer orientation, zero flexibility, and nonexistent basic services. Property absolutely not recommended for those traveling for business. Smell of stale smoke as soon as you cross the entrance door, which is also difficult to find because it is hidden by a side staircase. If I hadn't already paid before arriving, I would have left in a hurry.

A pleasant.... surprise!
Stay of 4 days x a football tournament in Viareggio, we were a group of 25 people including adults and teenagers.
We start from home a bit 'skeptical given the previous reviews, instead all in all we were happy.
The structure can 'definitely be improved in some respects a bit' dated, but it was clean and even the kitchen satisfied us: hearty and varied breakfast and dinners of honest quality.

You lose all hope or you who enter
I was immediately puzzled because they make you leave the room keys on the table at the entrance UNATtended and you find them perhaps, absolutely unattended. HOTEL Difficult to find and reach in a narrow street. Hard to figure out where the entrance is. Upon arrival the receptionist was not there and after waiting 20 minutes ringing the bell every minute I had to phone to see an elderly gentleman pop out of a small door who put his shirt in his pants and who had lost my Reservation in a pile of scattered papers. A 3 star hotel that shows 1 poor, a little dirty and broken, stopped at the 90s. the poor breakfast, sweaty, sticky environments, dark and dusty room, bathroom in the same condition, you clean, but not too much, fixed everywhere. But the breakfast is really the top, thrown there on two tables, 4 low-quality cold cuts sweaty in the buffet than then a buffet without spit, without coolers, 4 discount tetrapacks with juices opened by who knows how long they were spinning, hard bread, two jam cakes that looked like those of the bags that children use, poorly cooked croissants, almost nothing that met the haccp standards . . I asked a cappuccino to a guy who was behind the counter in normal clothes without a uniform, who looked for someone who did, and in the end arrived, tasting like milk not fresh. and in the end I said nothing, I paid and went, during registration I had asked for the invoice but nothing, during payment I requested it, and they pulled down the data, but nothing, in dispute yet, but nothing. Then they wrote to me that they had issued the invoice but they even teased me, I had also pulled away the previous review because it seemed too harsh (then they wrote to me that they issued the invoice okay, then they also wrote to me that they were suing me, okay) but given the teasing here it is again recharged identical. (I don't like to be teased) and I hope it serves someone. the hotel was practically empty in mid-August and facing the sea, the prices to be August were right, if there had been a minimum of adequate quality both in the structure and in the service, A This same review done with other platforms have responded arrogantly, and I think it is the wrong way to respond, , , Never again but not even from afar.
