Comfortable room in old villa with attached parking. Excellent location within a few minutes walk to the historic old town of Lucca.

Rooms are basic but fine and the location is good just outside of the walls of Lucca. The main issue is that it's advertised as having air-conditioning but it doesn't work. It was over 30 degrees when I visited and the room was hot. There was a fan in the room but that didn't help much. If you're going in summer I would consider somewhere else, but otherwise I'd say it's basic but you get what you pay for.

We were very disappointed with our stay, especially considering we paid around £250 for one night. The room looked nothing like the photos on Hotels.com and felt very misleading.
The biggest surprise was that the shower was literally in the bedroom!
The room also had numerous signs of poor maintenance, including damaged walls, chipped paint, exposed screw holes, and a loose door fitting.
The air conditioning was set to 26°C and barely cooled the room, making it uncomfortable to sleep. For the price we paid, we expected a much higher standard of accommodation and better attention to detail.
Overall, the property did not match its online presentation and did not represent good value for money. We would not choose to stay here again.

A disappointing experience according to price and pictures of the place. The must disappointing was the air conditioning. We arrive to two rooms were the temperature was 37 degrees and the old air condition didn’t work probably. I would not recommend this place

Our room was on top floor. Temperature of the room was 30 celsius degrees. You can't sleep in that temperature...
