Amazing Lazise

Perfect location steps from Lake Garda. Our suite had 2 balconies with a distant view of the lake. It was comfortable, clean, but simple. It was noisy at night but only because its such a desirable village and beautiful location. The Classique is within walking to many restaurants and shopping. The food at both the Taverna and the Vista Restaurant was incredible. Our breakfast, which was included, was some of the best buffet breakfasts we encountered on our visit. Hotel staff was adequate but not overly attentive. The bike/ walking path was pedestrian only. It went for miles along beautiful Lake Garda and it was a real bonus to our stay in Lazise. We would highly recommend the Classique and Lazise.

Never again room dark, too expensive for performance

The hotel is located on the extremely busy waterfront and is difficult to reach by car. When we arrived we waited about 10-12 minutes at the reception before finally someone came. The staff concentrated from the restaurant down in the house. We got the room keys pressed into our hands. I would have to drag my suitcase and that of my mother (86) up two floors. Barrier-free is nothing here !!! No elevator, no help from the hotel. The room was very large, very dark and had a small barred window in the back corner. I felt like I was in a prison. Outside the window was a chest of drawers with a TV, which made the room even bleaker. In the bathroom, the ceiling light was also broken. In addition, the room was directly on the stairs one floor above the restaurant, to which there was no door. So the room was right on the stairs! This made the room extremely noisy. You could clearly hear all the sounds from the bar and restaurant from 7 a.m. -0.25 a.m. Not to think about sleep, then. Overall, the hotel was very noisy and bustling through the restaurant below. There were also restaurant guests constantly running to the toilet through the stairwell and the hotel area. In addition, we were parked on market day. The hotel had pointed out that you can't get out of the parking lot on Wednesdays by car in the time from 8-14.30, unfortunately everything was already equipped with market stalls when I wanted to remove the car at 7.40 am. On my advice to pay that you should write 7.30 am, the gentleman reacted with a shrug. Another day was another day when you couldn't reach the hotel by car either. Contacts at the hotel only came after massive ringing. In addition, the hotel has extreme price differences, so be careful when booking. For me, the price-performance ratio was underground, I unfortunately paid far too much for the service provided. The hotel is much, much expensive for the performance !!!The one point is for the pool....which could be cleaner by the way

Waking up in a garden and overlooking the lake

I stayed at this hotel with my family and had dinner at the restaurant.
A real pearl on Lake Garda. Very comfortable and well-kept rooms, swimming pool surrounded by a garden full of palm trees and breakfast on the terrace facing the lake.
Private parking a few meters away.
Very recommended.

Magnificent

I stayed with my daughter x a couple of days and we had a great time, even with two dinners we decided to have in their restaurant. Very kind staff! Wonderful location also x walking and x who like me has some trouble walking. Magnificent view from the balcony and windows we had in the room although the weather was not in our favor.

Disaster - never again

We booked room no. 9 for one night and were initially impressed: a room on the third floor with its own jacuzzi – sounded promising. Unfortunately, it was a complete failure. The heating did not work throughout the room, the bathroom was freezing cold, and there was no hot water. After several complaints nothing was done – so showering was impossible. Everything in the tower suite was covered in mold. At check-out we did not want to accept the full price and again pointed out the massive flaws. The absolute naughtiness: One openly admitted that the problem with the hot water in this room was known, but “sometimes it works.” Also the jacuzzi was not usable. As compensation, we were initially only offered to waive the parking fee of 10 € – nothing more! No solution orientation, no willingness to compromise.
Conclusion: An absolute disaster – never again!
