Central and functional.

Property suitable for short stays given the essential spaces. Central location, but parking is problematic. Comfortable bed, but the air conditioning is not adjustable. The availability of water in the minibar is excellent. Breakfast is listed as included, but I expected a bit more than a cappuccino and a croissant at a café (which, by the way, is not very close to the property).

B&B Sleep Follonica

We spent a few days at this B&B and we had a really great time. The property is very clean, welcoming, and cared for down to the smallest detail. The room was comfortable and quiet, ideal for relaxing.
A special thanks to the owners, always kind, helpful, and attentive to every need, capable of making you feel at home.
The location is excellent, convenient for reaching both the sea and the center of Follonica.
If we return to these parts, it will definitely be our point of reference. We recommend it with great pleasure to anyone looking for a quiet and pleasant stay.

Relax just steps from the sea

It was a pleasant stay just steps from the sea. The room was beautiful and clean. We appreciated the owners' attention to the water in the minibar, the coffee machine in the room, and the mini sizes of useful shower products.

Definitely worth returning!

Super positive experience! The host was very kind and accommodating. Clean and welcoming room. B&B in a strategic location: very close to everything (beach, center, supermarket... really everything). There are no wardrobes, but several hooks or open coat racks. Unfortunately, finding a parking spot is not that simple, and if you want to take an excursion in the area, you can only hope to find a spot near the structure upon your return. Breakfast is served in a nearby café but includes, as the managers told us, only a "hot drink and a pastry" (practically: cappuccino and croissant), otherwise, you have to pay an extra fee. My wife would have liked a risotto, but they told her it was not included in the agreement... Nevertheless, it was a fabulous vacation in an environment that I definitely recommend
