This location was fantastic and easily walkable throughout the city of como, and a 6-8 minute walk from the lake. We had a first floor unit which was great for us since we had our two young kids and a stroller with us, however there are units on the 2nd floor which is up a large staircase. The room was sizable, clean, and modern which was nice compared to other places we stayed at near Como. The AC was pumping as well which was amazing considering the heat wave at the time.
Juliet helped us during check in and she was fantastic and extremely accommodating. There was an issue with access to our original unit and she made quick phone calls and ultimately moved us to the ground floor unit which was an upgrade from our original booking.
The parking lot was a plus but entry to the lot was VERY tight. It was manageable but make sure you have a smaller car if you want to be safe. The central location made everything easily accessible by walking so driving in and out of the lot isn't needed as much.
Overall we had a great experience here and would highly recommend it to young adults or young families if you are able to get a ground floor unit.

I would never recommend this place to anyone.

When you look at the photos, you imagine a cute and cozy spot, but when you arrive at the address, it’s completely different—dark and depressing.
The place feels like a large apartment that was chopped up into several units; perhaps that’s why you can hear everything your neighbor is doing—it feels like your bed is right up against their bathroom.
The mattress is also very uncomfortable—I woke up with terrible back pain—and the bed sheets are poor quality. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

Unfortunately, my stay was not pleasant. The air conditioning in my room did not work at all, which made it very uncomfortable, especially during the hot weather. On top of that, there were a lot of ants in the room, which was quite unhygienic and unsettling.
I had also booked breakfast in advance, but no one informed me about the breakfast schedule, location, or any details I needed. I had to figure everything out on my own, which was frustrating.

It was amazing, beautiful place very close to everything! The only concern we faces TV was not working.

Central location , 10 min from either stations and a few mins to centre Communication with host was good and self check in was easy. We only there for one night however the facilities were fine and being an apartment there was cooking facilities etc. Air con was fine in the high temps Italy was experiencing during our visit.
