Optimal

I stayed 3 nights for work. The room is dated but very clean, very comfortable and quiet. The dinner is spectacular and with attention to the smallest details. And the staff were friendly and helpful. I can say that I really enjoyed myself and will return.

The worst hotel I've ever stayed at

Appearance deceives. Despite the adjacent and communicating modern restaurant suggests a similar care of the hotel structure (breakfast is served in a lounge of that restaurant), the hotel rooms are dilapidated, unkept and devoid of minimal and essential comforts. Of the three sconces present, two were not working: it was enough to pick up the wire, which was disconnected from the socket, to understand that the plug was missing a contact. The bathroom is slum-like: peeling and rusty radiator, hairdryer held together by old and partially unglued and sticky tape, sink with a dowel placed nice and well, dirty shower tray and with a showy grain, window glass (not opening) broken, giant damp spot at the vacuum cleaner, shower mat and bidet towel missing. Finally, empty mini bar and not even a courtesy bottle of water. At breakfast only sweet products and, despite the “symbiosis” with the restaurant, savory food even on request and offering to pay extra. The worst hotel I have ever stayed at, and unfortunately there was no other choice in the surroundings. Totally misleading and untrue property description (“Included in the room price, the new and delicious “Good Morning” breakfast, with a selection of sweet and savory specialties, including wholemeal and gluten-free, and tasty products from local dairies, deli meats and bakers”).

Room very tired and badly in need of redecorating. However, bed was comfortable with good clean bedding and soft towels.

Found ants on the bed and in room, hotel did not feel secure, doorframes were broken, and all around not well kept or secure. Left on the first day.
