Excellent property, but the manager's response deeply disappointed me.

I stayed at this property with my daughter, a person with a severe motor disability, and I wish to distinguish two aspects.
The property is well-maintained, clean, and overall deserves a positive rating. For this reason, I had assigned 4 out of 5 stars in my review.
However, I had pointed out an objective difficulty: the presence of steps at the entrance makes access very complicated for those who use a wheelchair. I never contested the property's compliance with regulations, nor did I demand impossible interventions. I had simply suggested evaluating, if technically possible, a solution that could improve accessibility.
What leads me today to revise my judgment is the response received from the manager.
Instead of limiting himself to explaining the technical reasons why it would not be possible to build a ramp, he concluded by stating that "it is better to be less welcoming" and that "no wheelchair will ever set foot here again."
These are words that deeply affected me.
Those who live with a disability face obstacles every day that limit autonomy and participation. Hearing that, following a simple constructive observation, the conclusion is to no longer want to welcome people in wheelchairs conveys a message of exclusion that goes far beyond the issue of architectural barriers.
Accessibility is not just about ramps and steps. It also concerns the way people are welcomed and the respect for their dignity.
I sincerely hope that this incident can become an opportunity for reflection, because no person with a disability should ever feel like an unwanted guest.

Worst breakfast we’ve ever had

The rooms are clean and nice, checking in is easy.
The breakfast is terrible: the pastries are the worst we’ve ever had, there is nowhere to sit - no chairs, no table. No napkins, a terrible coffee maker. The breakfast is supposed to be until 10 am and there are signs that you can order eggs or other things, but the staff was not there until 9:30 and declined our request.

Scammers!

Watch out they cheat people! After booking and paying on booking (reservation without free cancellation with prepayment) they let me know that check in was before 21:30, I asked if I could arrive an hour later and I was told no, then I asked for free cancellation and was refused saying that they could not because they would not be able to resell the room when I notified them immediately after booking so it was a blatant excuse to steal my money without giving me the room. I then warned them saying that there was it (skipping the dinner we had booked!) to arrive for the agreed time and they told me that I had already cancelled the reservation and could not give me the room. Bottom line they stole my money and I was also left without accommodation, I asked booking for damages and I hope they apply a sanction for the improper behavior! Strongly discouraged!

Gentilissima Claudia, l'orario di check in termina alle 2130 come ben segnalato su Booking, dopo aver pagato una prenotazione il contratto è posto in essere. Lei ha richiesto la cancellazione e, per ovvi motivi di congruità, non le è stata accordata. La scelta è stata fatta *solo con lei* per motivi di correttezza e rispetto palese nei suoi messaggi. Una volta cancellata la prenotazione richiedere nuovamente di fare check in, minacciare cattive recensioni, false, chi mai le avrebbe accordato un check in? Ha persino augurato ogni male possibile. Le recensioni fasulle e le minacce saranno perseguite da un legale, che, fortunatamente segue la nostra azienda.

Very comfortable and modern rooms!

In the center of the quiet village of Cabras, B Sinis is an excellent B&B with beautiful, bright and well-furnished rooms with a comfortable and large bathroom with a large shower. Enjoy your breakfast. Close to the most beautiful beaches in the area. Fantastic Dolores always gives advice. We'll be back!
