Wonderful rooms, with all the comforts available. Super friendly, very kind, and affable staff. The scattered hotel concept adds a touch of mystery and charm. Varied buffet breakfast for all tastes. Top experience.

Restaurant: this time a disappointment...
I must preface this by saying that I usually never write negative reviews for the simple fact that I understand the penalty that the restaurant suffers... What prompted me to write one this time? THE RUDENESS!
I went to this beautiful place at the foot of Bardi Castle with my husband and my mom to celebrate Ferragosto. Like the other times I have been, it was necessary to book because the restaurant is not always open to the public but only on certain dates/events.
I am not writing a negative review about the food because that is always excellent; what I really did not like was the service, and specifically:
We arrived at 12:40 PM, they seated us, took our food and wine order, and everything was okay there, but then... The bottle of wine arrived, which they literally set down on the table already opened without even letting us taste it, and oh well... The appetizers arrived and were very good, but then, seeing as at 2:10 PM the other ordered dishes still hadn't arrived and seeing all the tables around us already served, we asked what stage our order was at, and after quite some time we were still told very brusquely that it would take another 10 minutes (it made us think they had lost the order!) the moral of the story is the dishes arrived at 2:30 PM! We were still supposed to receive a main course, but at 3:00 PM we communicated that we would forgo it and went to the register to ask for the bill. The funny thing is that the girl at the register, very annoyed, asked me if everything went well, and I replied to her, "not really, because the service was very, very slow," and instead of apologizing, she replied to me very rudely that on Ferragosto you can't expect much! I did not want to reply because that statement was not worthy of a response. The place wasn't full, and since you took reservations, you know how many people are coming, and it's a day like any other! As already mentioned before, we have been to this place other times, and what happened today has never happened before. A little humility and kindness would have been enough, not this rudeness! I am sorry about the food, but as far as the ability to know how to manage the customer is concerned, I will never return to this place, and I will no longer recommend it!

Lunch with friends in an elegant setting
My comment is based on the restaurant, where I have been on a few happy occasions, with friends and family.
The rooms are spacious, with elegant decor, even in the details.
The light wood ceiling beams are a beauty to behold.
Among the unique features of the decor, the interior lamps create a "soft" atmosphere both during the day and in the evening.
The dishes, particularly the first courses, are good and well-prepared. The crocetti with meat sauce are particularly excellent.
The selection of main courses is also varied.
Quality desserts (I enjoyed the cream with strawberries, very good).
The dining room staff is friendly, fast, and attentive.
The price is fair, considering that there is also the opportunity to sit outside right at the foot of the rock of the famous Bardi Castle.

Dear girls, I thank you for these days that we have been your guests. Beyond the beautiful story behind your excellent project, we experienced the quality and care of your business. There would have been many things to say, and 1000 reviews would not be enough. Your facilities are enchanting, clean, comfortable, excellent for a romantic getaway and for a business and training meeting. I tried your cuisine, which truly left me astonished. Equally noteworthy is your kindness. A huge thank you for what you do!

Our English/Italian Weekend Wedding 2025
We had our wedding at this venue and honestly we had the best weekend of our lives because of this place! They amazed us with their hospitality and service, which was above and beyond we could have ever imagined.
The venue/restaurant has a very beautiful and charming appeal, with the white stone walls and lights. The bedrooms are stunning, each with their own individual style, yet in keeping with the design. Some of these rooms offer breath taking views of Bardi castle.
The food is delicious and by far the best you will experience in Bardi and the surrounding areas. All prepared fresh on site.
A massive thank you to Martina, her sisters and her mum for making our wedding so special. We will remember this forever and will continue to visit Cal del Grano for many years to come.
