Lovely Stay to Explore the City

I had an all around great stay at UNITY Malmö. The room was very nice and comfortable, and especially positive I found the super equipped kitchen where everything was really available that you need.
The sports facilities are also excellent and a real plus during the stay. I can especially recommend a room to the courtyard – there it was pleasantly quiet and relaxed.
Overall a very nice accommodation in Malmö, where I really felt comfortable. Clear recommendation!

Some really good, some not so good

Location: good if you have a bike or car, a little long to the center if you dont. We had a bike, so perfect for us and great that you could lock your bike inside.
Staff: Mostly good, but was approached in a very strange and rude way by an employee, when we were looking for a way in from the yard and mistakenly walked in to the building with the gym.
Breakfast: missing eggs, without atkeast eggs, it feels like the bare minimum and that's a shame, because it would take so little to raise the bar significantly for the breakfast.
Room: perfect atmosphere and decoration, but really hot and hard beds.
Price: fair

Really liked the atmosphere and location as well as the free gym.

Really liked the atmosphere and location as well as the free gym. The studio size is perfect with the integrated kitchen which includes a microwave. When there was trouble regarding our rented bikes, personell was quick to help. The Doors were a little bit too loud. Room Service cleaned up perfectly which make it a good value stay overall.

Nice stay in Malmö

Nice stay - good rooms that were nice and clean - great that there was a big bicycle cellar where we could place our bicycles safely during the stay

Flexibility and aesthetics

Beautiful property, well-designed and with a cutting-edge concept. The room furnishings are flexible and offer plenty of space to store your personal belongings in an organized way. The kitchen is well-equipped and also comes with a dishwasher.
We really enjoyed our stay.
