Great weekend hotel!

Great location just across train station with easy public transport around the city,
Soundproofing in the room is really good which makes you feel a bit better travelling with small ones and also generous in size.
Beds are bit too soft for my taste but that’s of course a personal opinion.
Great breakfast buffet and also coffee available during day in the lobby. Perfect for a weekend stay on the go in the city!

Wall mounted rack with a set of dumbbells in the room!
Don’t even need to go to the gym to get an evening workout in.
That’s the kind of unexpected stuff that makes me come back to a hotel.

The hotel that is not interested in its customers!?

When I checked out of the hotel, I forgot my black electric toothbrush that was in a black case in the toilet. I discovered it about an hour out of Gothenburg and called the hotel. Where they stated that the hotel room would not be rented during the day. But that they'd go upstairs and search the next day, so call us back.
Yes, I did. And was told it hadn't been located! So that means that “someone” stole or lost it!
I suggested they check with the staff one more time. And that I would get in touch with any responsible or hotel manager. I'm still waiting, a month later!
System failure or dishonest personnel?
Worst of all, however, that NO one in charge gets in touch and regrets this.
So if you're careful about your stuff.
Stay somewhere else!

Really lousy

Hey! Just want to say that the room's send was pretty bad.
Our min fridge didn't work, our bedside lights to the bunk bed didn't work.
Loose wall socket that is deadly
There was something sticky on the carpet where you came in.
Not quite what you expect when but pay 4600kr for two nights.

We stayed for three nights. When we first checked in, we were given a room that was extremely small and dark, which was very disappointing, especially considering the price we paid. On top of that, neither of the bedside lamps nor the TV remote worked, so we had to change rooms after one night.
The second room was much larger and had a nice street view, which was a big improvement. However, I still don’t understand why we were given such a tiny room in the first place for that price. It was really disappointing and affected our overall impression.
The bed was very comfortable, and the breakfast was good, although I would have appreciated more vegan options. The location, however, was perfect.
Overall, there were some positives, but the poor first impression of the room made our stay far less enjoyable than expected.
