Pleasant

Excellent, clean, and tidy hotel.
The only flaw is the arrogant and rude reception staff.
Gianluca, the Italian waiter who went out of his way to help us, is commendable.

1. The staff made us to climb the stairs to our room on the first floor with our luggage even though I had asked if there was any lift, and the staff didn't answer my question and I wondered if I had made a mistake in my booking as normally I will choose a hotel with lifts. Although they helped us with two pieces of luggage, I still had to take one by myself. Afterwards I found a lift leading to another entrance, by which we could avoid climbing the stairs, and I didn't understand why the staff didn't let us use the lift when we checked in.
2. There is no air-con in the room, but it was alright for us with the electric fan.
3. A welcome drink (wine, beer, soft drink, tea or coffee) was offered to every guest.

Good, clean hotel

A good hotel for an overnight stay in transit. The staff are friendly, the room clean and functional. The breakfast buffet is also good standard.

Very nice view, good breakfast

Great hotel. It is very cozy and friendly here. The beds are comfortable, the room large and clean. The staff is pleasant, adaptable and customer-oriented. You feel very comfortable here.
