This apartment was very comfortable,clean and nice.All equipment was new and very clean.The manager was very friendly, polite and helpful.Its location was good,near to bus station,shopping,restaurant and Danube river.We strongly recommend this apartment.

Could have been much better than it was
It was a challenge to review the Bed and Breakfast Zemun as some features were excellent, others disappointing and some completely baffling.
We stayed for one night at the beginning of our stay in Serbia and then for three more nights a week later. We had booked online and found Gunduliceva Street but at number 21 there was no indication that there was a bed and breakfast at all. We knocked on the door by the sign for 21 (the bell did not work) and we were about to leave and look for other accommodation when Aleksandra, whom we take to be the owner, came out to us. In fact the entrance was round the corner, but there was still no sign of a guesthouse there. When we came back for the second part of our stay no one was at the property and we had to ring Aleksandra who gave us the code to get in.
It is located in the old streets in the centre of Zemun. There is free on-street parking around the B&B but it can be hard to find a place at visiting times at the nearby hospital.
Our room was spacious, clean and stylishly decorated. The bed was very comfortable. Wifi was good. The shower was good too. On the other hand the wet room style of bathroom was inappropriate for the size of room as the water did not drain away before reaching areas that would have been better remaining dry. More attention should have been paid to some of the details. The chair by the desk was broken. The tap over the sink was loose. There was a ketttle but no glasses or cups. Aleksandra got us some glasses when we mentioned this. The heated towel rail did not work. We pointed this out to Aleksandra she said she would get someone to repair it but this did not happen while we were there. I understand that some rooms have kitchenettes but ours was not one of these.
Despite the name of the establishment, breakfast was not included. Aleksandra said that she could arrange for it to be provided, but we went to a nearby bakery instead.
All in all the Zemun B&B met our requirements as we did not intend to spend much time in the room and we had a very good quality of sleep thanks to the excellent bed. It could, however, have been so much better if a little more effort had been made to keep it in good repair, if attention had been paid to details, and if it had been easier to find.

Eccellente!
Siamo stati solo una notte tornando dalla Grecia in auto. Aleksandra è una persona splendida, ci ha aspettato fino alle 10:30 di sera, anche se il nostro arrivo era previsto per le 20. Il b&b corrisponde alle foto, è pulitissimo, molto ben arredato e in posizione tranquilla. Bisogna parcheggiare per strada ma la zona è frequentata tutta la notte dato che si trova a ridosso dell'ospedale. Sarà che eravamo stanchi, ma abbiamo dormito benissimo, materassi comodi e cuscini king size e di qualità. I bagni poi sono bellissimi, si vede che c'è l'intervento dell'architetto (bravo). Rapporto qualità prezzo imbattibile, difficile trovare di meglio. In sostanza: consigliabilissimo! Peccato che siamo stati una sola notte, meriterebbe qualche giorno in più per vedere la capitale. Magari prossimamente.....

La soluzione migliore per pernottare a Belgrado!
Viaggio molto sia per lavoro che per passione e raramente ho trovato un proprietario di un B&B cosi simpatico, efficiente, smart come Aleksandra; che ha reso il nostro lungo week end a Belgrado a dir poco favoloso. Una volta effettuata la prenotazione, ho subito ricevuto un e mail in cui mi veniva riconfermata la prenotazione e mi venivano fornite tutta una serie di informazioni, come tour con guida a prezzi irrisori, consigli su ristoranti tipici e il pick up in aeroporto a solo 15 euro.
Siamo stati recuperati in aeroporto e in 10 minuti siamo arrivati nel B&B che si trova nel quartiere ungherese e marinaro di Zemun; dove c'è molta vita ed è pieno di ristorantini e locali lungo il Danubio. Devo ammettere che pernottare qui piuttosto che a Belgrado centro, si è rivelata la soluzione migliore in assoluto. Innanzitutto con un qualsiasi autobus in 10 minuti si arriva in centro e poi la sera la gente di Belgrado si riversa a Zemun per mangiare fuori, dove sono localizzati la maggior parte dei ristorantini tipici. Inoltre abbiamo colto l'essenza della vera Serbia, non abbiamo incontrato nessun turtista, almeno di giorno e abbiamo addirittura avuto modo di assistere all uscita di una sposa da casa con tanto di banda musicale stile gipsy; è stato emozionante. Tornando al B&b che nel nostro caso, essendo due coppie, era un appartamento a nostra completa disposizione, è composto da: una camera molto ampia con letto matrimoniale e 2 lettini singoli, un'altra camera da letto matrimoniale, due bagni, una cucina, un ingresso ed un salotto. Lo stile moderno, tutto era veramente pulito. Aleksandra, a seguito di nostra richiesta, si è subito preoccupata di prenotare le cene, mostrandoci sul suo tablet i ristoranti che ci consigliava e che noi abbiamo scelto (uno tra l'altro è dietro il b&b, si chiama "Sac" ed è ottimo, eravamo gli unici turisti, menu solo in serbo, una carne ottima! ) Il giorno dopo, è andata oltre le nostre aspettative e a colazione ci ha portato i cosidetti "burek" di carne e di formaggio: una leccornia. La colazione non è inclusa nella tariffa ma in cucina c'è tutto il necessario per fare il caffe, il the, c'erano dei biscotti. Dimenticavo che al nostro arrivo ci ha anche regalato una bottiglia di vino Shiraz che abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo! Il sabato, mi ha inviato un messaggio informandomi che a Belgrado ci sarebbe stato un evento molto carino con musica jazz dal vivo e la degustazioni di vini serbi. Beh, abbiamo passato una serata indimenticabile a bere vino, a parlare con Aleksandra ed il suo gruppo di amici. Consiglio a chiunque di dormire al Bed & breakfast Zemun; sono certa che il mio week end non sarebbe stato lo stesso se avessi pernottato in un qualsiasi hotel di Belgrado. Aleksandra ha reso la nostra vacanza organizzata e divertente e l'appartamento è semplicemnte fantastico. Grazie !

Fantastico!
L'appartamento è grande e molto bello e confortevole; la posizione è ideale perchè nonostante sia nel tranquillo e pittoresco borgo di Zemun, è collegato benissimo con il centro di Belgrado.
La padrona di casa, Aleksandra, è simpaticissima e ci ha accolto con premura e mille attenzioni oltre a darci tantissimi suggerimenti su locali, ristoranti ed eventi in città.
Davvero consigliato!
