Great room in a great location. Food in restaurant, breakfast, was mediocre. Everything else was great.

Never coming here again. Please clean you room

The location is in the heart of Seattle... Not the best spot. The atmosphere was like an old style. In the room I was in, it was not very cleanly. There were stains on everything, and a tik tak on the ground. The noise level was good but I sleep in a deep sleep and can't hear anything at all. The service was fine. There were a few times that there was no one at the front desk. As well as my family member texted them to clean up the room and the never responded back. There were no seperate shampoo and conditioner, they have a tv in the center but it didn't work very well and they were able to offer us wifi.This hotel costed us very cheap per night but for the quality you get, no one would ever pay me enough to stay her again for a night.

We apologize for the cleanliness issues in your room. Rooms should be thoroughly cleaned and inspected before any guest arrives, and this clearly did not meet the standard we require. We’re also sorry that your family member’s request for the room to be cleaned went unanswered, and that there were times when no one was available at the front desk.

Pictures are nothing like the rooms aside from view. The staff were helpful and friendly. The rooms could use some work, the wood of the dresser or tables were cracked and scratched. The noise of down town street life can be loud at times but not bothersome. Bed was comfortable. Lots of walkable things to do close by and close to the link rail station was helpful. The room was clean.

The toilet very slow to refill/ flush. Front desk not very friendly and don’t make sustained eye contact. Clipped responses to questions without friendly smiles.
