Room was so great compared to some of the hotels I ve stayed in in hampton Beach location was at the quiet end of the beach checkout was easy and the girl at the desk was so pleasant would definitely stay there again

Inconvenient sink only in kitchen. Need more parking. Parking location is across guardrail and street Most rooms are 2nd and 3rd level. View of ocean roped off except for several rooms to view. Nice staff. Surprisingly peaceful and quiet. Mostly mature guests.

Location is great and free parking!! Cleanliness was not great. Staff was friendly. No amenities except free parking.

Staff is amazing rooms are nice. Its great having a stove and full size refrigerator that close to the beach.

At first glance our room was cute, beachy and had a lot in a small space. Then looking deeper our comforters were dirty, white with black around the edges. The shower was gross. Mold on the floor and on the shower curtains. A used washcloth hanging over the shower. The floor seemed dirty from the moment we took our shoes off at the door. Dust so thick I could write dust me in it. But the housekeeper left a handwritten envelope for a tip! Guess that’s more important than cleaning. So almost $300 for one night for location but actually not the best location because you can’t access the beach directly across the street. Asked for the manager to call me but no call.
