Amazing Staycation

I found this hotel because I was searching for rooftop pools. I booked this one because of the location, Once I checked in i was very impressed. This place was a perfect stay! The room I was in had the perfect view for me. The check in process was quick and easy, Everything I wanted to do was in walking distance. I left already planning to book again.

Thank you, ROOST Baltimore, for an incredible stay while I was in town for a business trip! The new development is in a fantastic location—quiet, safe, and surrounded by great dining options just steps away. From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming, friendly, and accommodating. The property is beautifully designed, with décor that feels sophisticated yet comfortable and inviting. My room was spacious and fully equipped with everything I could possibly need—and more—making it truly feel like a home away from home. The fitness center was the perfect way to start my mornings before a full day of meetings. I only wish I had more time to enjoy the swimming pool and pool table! Little Wing Café was another highlight and a great spot to grab a cappuccino and a quick snack. One of the conveniences I especially appreciated was having an in-unit washer and dryer, which allowed me to wash my clothes before heading home—a small detail that makes a big difference when traveling. Thank you again, ROOST Baltimore, for the wonderful hospitality and experience. I can’t wait to return!

Reliable convenience

The Roost will always be our go-to for a sweet escape, but this visit was for convenience (my 3rd time here). It’s always so peaceful and welcoming. Check in was a cinch, along with checkout. Our room was clean and convenient to the exit. Ms. Jemeria and staff are amazing and I highly recommend! If you’re looking for something that’s like home away from home, modern, clean, quiet, quaint, accessible to great establishments, affordable and great water view and safe, this is your place.

Excellent location. Quiet but easy to get on 95 hwy. Lots of trails to walk around the harbor and take in smells (good) and sights. Several of the planned restaurants have not opened so eating is limited but what is walking is very good. Really nice hotel room.

Staff was wonderful! I cannot stress that more, they are communicative and very helpful! However, the cost was very high for limited pool access and major events happening on the same floor where we were staying. I am not sure I would stay here again.
