Stayed 3 nights to move my daughter into college this past weekend. Everything was great. With a busy weekend, which included a 7 hour drive hauling furniture with two cars, planning meals, organizing the move-in, and with hotel as our base, Hampton Inn provided us a stress free stay. Thank you!

I rather stay at Holidayinn express. This place dated needs to be cleaned carpet through out they allow furry friends so of course it’s smells and not to mention fleas. Service sucks! Just go to Holiday Inn express! Alpine experience with this hotel was ruined! Pool green!! Over saturated with ivory plants and dust for the entire America! House keeping rude half cleaned our room! Hampton Inn do your guest a favor and pull up this carpet remodel fast! My allergies were through the roof, itchy eyes, runny nose and uncontrollable sneezing! Hell at this point of experience I rather stay at a motel! Never again!

Not excited about first stay at a Hilton property.

CON'S
Along wait for someone to answer the desk phone to make reservation
Advertised a $50.00 pet fee and then charged me $75.00
Do not honor Certified Emotional Support Animals (this I will be checking into)
Advertised free WiFi and then had to sign up for they're rewards program, or pay $5.00 to use it for one night.
Room seemed dated - tables scratched, molding missing, doors on closet wobbly-
No kleenex in the holder and 2nd key didn't work (had to get from front desk) no coffee pot - No local information in room. Wall electrical socket exposed (photo) 1//4" gap in the hall door frame (photo)
Had a mini muffin (very dry) hard boiled egg (through it away, after trying to peal it) and orange from breakfast bar

Superior lighting.

Exceptionally good lighting; above every workspace. (So hard to find hotels that do this.) Adequate counter space in bathroom. OK bed. Towels seemed a bit worn. Staff was friendly and helpful.

GREAT stay - GREAT staff!

This was an OUTSTANDING stay at an excellent hotel. We were able to reserve the room with a walk-in shower and handicap bars and that was great. The entire property was clean, quiet, and polished. Of particular note were two individuals, breakfast bar supervisor LUPE--who had a great spread of offerings AND moved from table to table, asking if anyone needed anything and offering warm conversation...and Assistant Manager JENNIFER RAMOS, who cheerfully checked us in with a kind welcome, quickly giving us direvctions and answering all our questions. GREAT stay - GREAT staff! Highly recommended and we'll be back!
