Appalling

To begin with, the mattress in the room they gave us was truly terrible. When we complained and asked for something better, they replied that they didn't have anything better and that they were sorry. They did not want to refund us for the rest of the nights despite telling them that in those conditions it was not possible to sleep properly and that we preferred to change hotels.
To continue, on the first day, halfway through the shower the hot water cut off and I had to finish it with cold water.
It is noteworthy that the place is not at all adapted for people with reduced mobility or for parents with strollers with children. Access to all rooms is via a narrow and steep staircase that is difficult to carry suitcases up.
Finally, there is no cleaning service included even though they are advertised as an Apart Hotel when, in reality, it is nothing more than an apartment that is rented by the day.
A really excessive price for what they offer.
