Very small but incredibly good budget hotel
Myself and my partner stayed at this hotel for 3 nights from 19-22nd July. This was incredibly central, everywhere we went was within a 25 minute walk, we didn't need public transport once. As we were here during the World Cup final, the atmosphere in Madrid was incredible but this did not affect us having a good nights sleep. The windows were incredibly sound proofed and the beds were really comfortable. We booked the small room, we travelled with underseat luggage and struggled for space. This didn't bother us but it is something to consider. We found this to be good value, around £160 for our stay in peak summer and during a very popular time to visit Spain. The room was incredibly clean and had all of the amenities we needed (including a really good hairdryer), however the bathroom floor could have been cleaner. Near the sliding bathroom door was incredibly dusty and quite dirty. The digital service from Numa was incredible, we didn't have to ask anything as everything was already told to us. Highly recommend.

Positives were the location, ease of check in and shared kitchen space.
Negatives were the cleanliness (absolutely disgusting with hairs all in the bathroom and over the floor and dust on every surface), heat of the room with AC that barely worked, and the general tiredness of the place in comparison to the photos.
Not worth the money.

The best about this property was location and bed.
Air conditioning was not powerful enough.
Smart TV wasn’t connecting to streaming services as promised. Bathroom shower seal around needs redoing it does looks like child put it on plus was a bit moldy.
Front door wasn’t responding to the code we have type in and we could only relay on someone coming in and out.

Low quality, high cost = ruined my anniversary
You get to the common area and it smells terrible. dwarf room, spoiled elevator and works in the neighboring house. 0 insulation noise. Shame on you. You play on a Saturday afternoon. No call, just a discount offer. Cost 3 nights 709€

Disappointing Stay - Would Not Recommend
I had a very disappointing stay at Numa Script Madrid, especially considering I paid a premium price for the room. The space was in poor condition, with stained and damaged walls and a floor that looked more like a rubber gym surface than a hotel room. One evening, the entrance code to the building stopped working, leaving me and several other guests locked outside with no way to get in. With no reception or phone number to call, we had to wait until someone eventually opened the door. Although compensation was offered, the experience was stressful and completely unacceptable.
My prepaid breakfast never arrived on the first day, and I was never given a replacement or refund. On my last morning, I received a breakfast with pork despite specifically ordering vegetarian, which was extremely disappointing and could have been a serious issue for someone with dietary restrictions. Customer service throughout my stay was unhelpful, often ending chats with vague messages like “we’re checking with the supplier” but never following up.
After the lockout incident, I asked to leave immediately and receive a refund, but my request was refused and I was forced to stay another night despite all the problems. I have stayed at Numa hotels before, but this experience ensures it will be my last. Very disappointing overall, especially at such a high cost, and I cannot recommend this property.
