The hotel is clean and the staff helpful and cordial. The bed was too firm for me liking.

Misleading advertising

Misleading advertising. This hotel is not recommended for working groups. They advertise cafeteria and restaurant but are closed. At check-in we ask if we can have a coffee in the morning and they say yes because there is a cafeteria, but the cafeteria turns out to be closed and it is the receptionist herself who, if she can, runs out and puts you a coffee. If he can't, you don't drink coffee. You have the option to hire buffet breakfast (which is also served by the receptionist herself), but you can not have only coffee. In addition, there is no alternative because in the surrounding area there is only one industrial estate that at weekends is thawed.

Have stayed name times and as usual all staff very helpful and friendly.
Evening meal good value and well presented . Plentiful buffet breakfast.
Easy secure underground parking. Easy access to the motorway.

Very remote in an industrial park. They should really provide a mini fridge and breakfast as it's impossible to just go out and get something. Beds super hard.
