Discovering unforgettable corners

We stayed this weekend my wife and I and we were delighted, Tino attended us as if he knew us all his life, he is a super attentive person who can be seen enjoying his work, always watching everything, even showed us the new facilities just finished and that as he told us soon will premiere. Impeccable, cozy. In one of the rooms has a huge jacuzzi.
The equipment is impeccable, spectacular setting, delicious food, rich breakfast, and to the bike the roads found spectacular.
We will definitely repeat.

PROBLEM WITH AMOR, THE CLEANING PERSON IN CHARGE

I am a local and it is my second time there, and I am having problems again with Amor, the person in charge of cleaning the house. The behavior is intolerable; the treatment from the beginning was terrible, and on the last day before leaving the house, she referred to me with the following words after I told her that I had the train back home at lunchtime: “well, I want you out in half an hour, figure it out yourself.” After this, I told her that she had been rude the entire stay and that I was not going to tolerate it anymore, to which she commented, “if you don’t take your things out, I’ll throw them out the window, you stupid woman.” I want to emphasize that Tino, the owner of the house, never had this behavior, but I do not recommend it at all due to the bad words and behavior of Amor, the insults, and the discomfort caused to both me and my guests at the house.
Inappropriate behavior to the highest degree if you work in customer service.

Tino, ha tenido con nosotros, un trato excepcional, haciéndonos sentir como en casa. La calidad del alojamiento y la restauración, es excelente, y su personal, muy amable. Todos hacen un gran esfuerzo por satisfacer a los clientes.

Buen producto en ambiente rústico.

Comida tradicional de calidad. Servicio un poco apurado pero lo acaban sacando. Trato amable de Tino y su equipo. Especialidad carne como en toda la zona. El cachopo de ternera delicioso y los desayunos variados y abundantes.
