The room was very clean and comfortable.

Great experience

Reception went a bit messy but very friendly.
Unfortunately, the hotel is not accessible by car and you have to walk about 3 to 6 minutes, depending on how close you can park.
The room was clean and the beds were fine.
We slept well and the area was quiet.
We had a great breakfast but don't expect a high standard. There is something for everyone that is sufficient for breakfast.

It was just okay. The room was spacious, but parking was a problem. Staff were not well informed about the area or major local events(such as the El Vendrell Three Kings Day celebrations). They seemed more concerned with what was on their phones than what was going on with their customers.

Fatal experience

Our experience was really horrible, not to return anymore, the lousy, dirty, and smelly rooms, you hear all the neighbors next door, the very uncomfortable beds, my daughters could not sleep all night, crying, and we parents practically neither. Very irresponsible and unfriendly workers. Inedible food. Really uncomfortable beds.
