Room was clean. Staff was helpful, but there was a problem with their system for 30 minutes preventing us from checking in. AC was strong. Small room.

Bad Singapore Hotel Standards

What it has been shown & promised in Booking.com not available at this hotel, most of the rooms didn't have any windows or curtains to see outside (Seems like Jail), didn't have basic hotel facilities, Iron box, Fridge, any cupboard, chair, small hand towels & etc.
Toilet is so small, it was so smelly for first 2 days, Luckily that hotel room service guy from Malaysia (He was very friendly), tried his best to get rid of that smell (85%) in 2 days with his limited resources. They didn't honour what was said in their own website. As usual in Singapore, out 5 front house staff, 2 were very rude, not customer focused, 3 of them vere Asian background staff, they don't practice customer services. Actually that hotel manager was so nice, try his best resolved issues, unfortunately he couldn't do much.

We booked 2 rooms for 4 nights. Bathroom in each room was old, moldy and hairs from previous occupancies were found everywhere near the drain.
Check out was quick but checking in was not a smooth process. For this 1 or 2 stars hotels, we got what we paid for as we didn't expect any higher standard.

Very poor experience.
Both the room and bathroom had a strong mold smell, making the stay uncomfortable. The air conditioning could only be turned on or off by the front desk, with no control in the room. The Wi-Fi did not work at all, and the mobile phone signal was extremely weak. Basic comfort standards were not met. I do not recommend this hotel.

Room was good. Bed and pillow excellent. Hotel did not respond to my repeated inquiries regarding check in, which was a bit bothering.
