some clarifications
a few agruements clarify about this hotel,
1. very clean and tidy room.
2. cheapest nearby , 3 beds for 1 bed price.
3. service , slow but still work and attitude of the front desk is good, not giving vicious feeling, just slow but not huge stress , may be sometimes.
4. although located underground without window, the carbon dioxide content is low inside the room, it has fresh air coming continuously.
5. neightbor has many peoples, but not so loud, maybe sometimes.
6. can still sleep,may be sometimes.

HORROR! NIGHTMARE!
The most horrible hostel!!!!! Dirty, hammy administrator!!!!! Very noisy guests,swept alcohol, the receptionist does not make a remark!!!!! NOT RECOMMENDED!!!!!!!!!!! Stopped on 02.01.25............................................................

Unfriendly staff and windowless rooms. Not value for money
POSITIVE:
The location is very convenient, just a stone's throw away from Lenin square. The bed was confortable and the cleanliness of toilets, showers and common areas is adequate.
NEGATIVE:
The treatment received by the hostel employees was very disappointing, nobody seemed to care about the only foreigner in the place. Nobody spoke English and they did not even try to understand what I tried to say. My questions seemed to deeply bother them, so the check-in and check-out process was very painful. The check-out time is oddly at 8 am, but it is not written anywhere, and of course, they do not tell you that, but they expeditiously charge you charge 100 additional rubles to your bill for each hour that you remain in the hostel beyond 8 am. Really annoying. Lastly, it is good to know that the hostel is situated in the basement of the building, so you will not see any window. The hostel exclusively caters to Russian travelers, foreigners are not welcome.. I definitely would look for another place to stay if I ever come back to Chita.

Приезжала по делам в Читу
1)Проживала в в хостеле "Да" в течение 5 дней в 2х местном номере стоимостью 900 р. Холодно,грязно,грубое отношение.В номере все 5 дней не было горячей воды,отсутствовал интернет,не проводилась уборка.Жидкое мыло разведено водой.Когда я высказала претензии,Верхотина Ольга Евгеньевна заявила,что это мои капризы ,беспардонно заявила,что нужно было брать другой номер за 600 р.
На мое замечание ,что в подобных случаях плата снижается,уже другая дежурная(имя свое не пожелала назвать)ответила отказом,что является грубым нарушением,т к услуги были предоставлены не в полном объеме.
2)Однажды решила оставить сына переночевать(вторая кровать была свободна),заплатила 900 р,без выдачи чека и электронного ключа,но он вынужден был уехать и не успел вернуться.Попросила перенести на вторую ночь,на что также получила отказ.Получили 900 р за неоказанную услугу,в комнате он не пробыл и часа. Так что одни минусы.

Скатился хостел
Проживал неделю. Третий раз имел опыт проживания в этом хостеле. Стало заметно хуже чем год назад. На много хуже. Через день грязные унитазы, ломающиеся замки в туалетах, грубиянство и нежелание решать проблему клиента со стороны одного из администраторов, что испортило вовсе впечатление. В номерах не убираются, пока живёшь. Только по просьбе и то неохотно. Вай фай в дальних номерах очень плохо ловит. связь из за того что в подвале, тоже. А так же не редкость пьяные жильцы, на которых никак не реагируют работники. Разочаровался, больше ни ногой.
