Silver hotel it is a good value for the money

Honestly I can say that it is a very good value for the money.
Room it is clean,good size,ok breakfast, and parking included which it is great and fair.
I don't understand hotels that are charging for the parking. You are choosing them therefore parking should be free.
Good location, very quiet professional staff!!!
I will definitely come back!!!

reservations got cancelled because they wanted to serve a bigger client.

I Reserved and pay up front for my reservation, but it got cancelled. because the receive another large reservation. Guests who planned their travels ahead to attend a wedding in Oradea do not matter to them. They rather completely sell out to 1 big client, then keep multiple others happy.... The probably kick you even out when you are already there to serve the bigger client. That bigger client will probably use these facilities once. I was planning after the wedding to use this hotel again for a holiday. but that is not going to happen now. As Jerry Seinfeld said. You know how to take a reservation but not how to hold them. The crucial part of a reservation.... now i needed to look for a different and more expensive accomodation because of the last minute cancellation by them. i was really looking forward for staying with them as on the picture it looked nice and good review. But that only left a sour after taste.

Nice and off place but poor service. Stay away!!! Look for better

Worst service ever. Went by the pool and tried to order a Cesar sallad. Waiting tme 2 hours . Stay away from this place. It is thaw s pitty that the staff treat you like nothing when you are actually paying their sallary. They need to learn good manares.

Booking canceled on day of arrival, unprofessional behavior

I made a reservation at this hotel to celebrate my birthday, to enjoy the services and visit the city.
On the day of arrival, I was called by the hotel that they could not honor the previously confirmed orders because a group of people had arrived, without offering us another possibility of accommodation. We were already in the city ready to stay. We were hoping they come up with another solution but they acted annoyed and we didn't get any answer, leaving us with no accommodation. Later (when we were already staying at another hotel) we were called with the news that they had a small room in the attic without a balcony, of course we did not accept this offer.
We chose this hotel because of the facilities they offer, but the unprofessional behavior convinced us that it is not worth choosing. I do not recommend.

Room number 3 is noisy

In room number 3 all night something sounds loudly. Its terrible! It is impossible to sleep in such noise. The room is clear, the dinner is fine. But the reading light barely illuminates, unsuitable for reading.

I want to thank you for your feedback, and I am sorry for the inconvenience and the bed experience.
I do have some knowledge about the noise that comes some times from the pump below room 3, but we are still trying to find out a solution for this problem. Regarding the reading light , we will manage that for sure.
Please inform us next time when you come visit Oradea, I will happy to accommodate you in a different room where you can have a better experience.
