Enjoyable

I've spent two nights in this imposing hotel. Very beautifully designed this place is one of the most quiet places I've checked into. Situated in a rural area with almost no cars passing by, this hotel has a parking lot, restaurant and nonstop reception. The room was very clean, pretty big and kind of cozy. The food was nice and the staff was extremely kind.

Young couple with baby

Nice, quiet and clean room with flat screen TV and mini refrigerator.
No boiler - to boil water for the baby meal
No elevator - hard to lug the stroller up the stairs
The staff at the reception was not really friendly.
Overall the hotel is nice looking "regal", but average and not baby friendly.
OK for one night.

Extremely rude personnel, not so clean, avoiding the invoice

Expensive for a small city like Beius, the bathroom floor was not very clean. I mentioned that but the second day was the same. The tourist form was not the legal one but a copy. They gave us rooms at the second floor, in a completely empty hotel although my parents are 82 and 87 year old and there is no elevator. I forgot once to take the mask, I apologized and the second time when I forgot the lady became very rude at asking this, instead of handing us masks, which are not so expensive. But, no, she let us go up 2 floors to bring our own mask. When I paid asked for an invoice and for more than 30 minutes they pretended they were not able to make it. I kept asking and they handed an invoice, where even the slices of bread and the milk plastic small cups were detailed. It took the lady 30 minutes to write everything down. My comment was that the customer has the right to receive an invoice and it is illegal. The accountant made comments on my origin from southern Romania, where the civilization level is much lower than in northern Romania, which is really almost racist.

Nice hotel avoid breakfast

The hotel is very nice with nice rooms, the price does not include breakfast We ordered breakfast for 08:00 in the morning but when we went to the dinning room there was nobody there, when we were leaving we saw the lady was there so we stayed for breakfast which was a mistake - it was overpriced we received less than a continental breakfast (no butter, no jam) and they charged more than it was written as the price!!
I recommended the hotel but for sure not with breakfast!!! I gave it 3 points and not 5 because the overpriced breakfast, the poor wifi and the lack of communication.
The lady in the reception speaks only romanian so it is very difficult!
The wi fi is very poor.
