Hotel Anda Malabo Phase I is located near Malabo Airport in the capital of Equatorial Guinea. It opened and began operations in January 2016, with a total construction area of approximately 13,000 square meters. The hotel features 62 high-end rooms, designed in a sophisticated, elegant, and warm style to offer a comfortable and relaxing environment. It also includes a Chinese restaurant, Western restaurant, bars, banquet halls, meeting rooms, entertainment center, swimming pool, and gym. Hotel Anda Malabo Phase II, adjacent to Phase I, opened and began operations in December 2024. With a total construction area of 22,000 square meters, it has 122 rooms and 122 parking spaces. The hotel features a complete gym, a constant-temperature swimming pool, a beauty SPA center, and a variety of specialty conference halls to meet all guests' business and travel needs. It is capable of hosting banquets for 10 to 500 guests.
