Average hotel at best

On Booking.com the hotel looked very nice and modern. When we arrived we were given a room in the original building which looked a bit tired, and the bathroom was absolutely tiny, not enough room to swing a proverbial cat. When we unpacked what few items we could in the bathroom we also noticed that no shampoo nor shower gel was available.
When we returned downstairs we told the lady receptionist about it, and it appeared that she did not believe us.
On the plus side the hotel has a plentiful and varied breakfast on offer, which for us remedied our disappointment somewhat. Would only recommend the hotel for an overnight stop.

A beautiful clean hotel with friendly staff and amazing breakfast big family rooms new clean and friendly staff the hotel location us amazing close to the lake and river the food is amazing and the hotel very clean I recommend this hotel for families and groups

Super nice family-run hotel with a great beach

Really lovely hotel, super friendly staff, great breakfast and super good food. We were very impressed with the beach, you can get to the lake by pedal boat, really a great magical place for a summer holiday.

Short visit with young kid

The hotel is very comfortable for a trip to the lake and surounding area as also to visit Klagenfurt. The room we got was good size and we had also a large balcony that was very appriciated. Parking place is available for free and a good starting point for excursions. Bus station is in front of the hotelso it was easy to use public transport to go to the city and avoid traffic. Breakfast was very good. The staff was very pleasent and prompt to help, it is a small hotel so the same persons are mostly doing more jobs but it was good as we was confident to ask for any kind of needs.
