Go for it!

Gorgeous property in the middle of nature. Unbeatable views, thoughtful touches everywhere and delicious home-cooked meals fresh from the garden.
There are several Gocta-facing lodges available in the region but in terms of character, good value and love, this place tops them all. Highly recommend!

You wouldn’t want to leave!

We loved staying at GoctaLab over Christmas. The owners, Gianna & Serchio, welcomed us warmly with the most delicious homemade curry into there home. They designed and decorated the apartments beautifully with a view of the Gocta Waterfall from every room, the dining table, the bed and even under the shower. The food was the best we had in whole Peru: they have a great selection of dishes, even a lot vegetarian, which they change every season. A lot of the ingredients come from their own vegetable-/fruit- and herb-garden. On top, they have home-grown coffee which was so delicious (I bought two bags to take home with me!). You can do nice hikes in the surrounding areas, take a trip to Kuelap or relax, enjoy the view and the tranquility. If that isn’t enough they offer Yoga-, Cooking- and Art-retreats....
We stayed 5 days and were sad to leave.
We can highly recommend this beautiful place to everybody, from couples, to families or groups of friends!

Una llamada dice más que mil palabras

Estabamos planeando el viaje para Chachapoyas con mi hermano, y vimos este hospedaje para poder quedarnos. Las veces que hemos viajado con mi hermano sabemos que los hoteles trabajan 24hrs , llamamos alrededor de las 10 pm para realizar la reserva. y fue una tremenda desilución escuchar a un dueño o empleado decirme ¿Es un poco tarde para que llame, no? y pasó a colgar. Una pena, soy hotelera de profesión y aún he tenido clientes que me llaman a recepción a las 3 am les voy a hablar de esa manera. Definitivamente, sacan la peor cara del hospedaje. No dudo de las grandes instalaciones pero la actitud de su personal vale más , en fin una decepción.

Lugar increíble

Un lugar espectacular para descansar, conectar con la.naturaleza, comer bien, pasear y pasar unos días de vacaciones increíbles. Todo aderezado con la gran amabilidad de sus dueños. De verdad, uno d los sitios más completos y hermosos que he visitado en mi vida.

Lindísimo!

El lugar es bellísimo y los dueños son gente linda que están haciendo un gran trabajo.
La cama y sábanas me parecieron deliciosas, el desayuno fue riquísimo y la ducha caliente buenaza!
Recomiendo de todas maneras
