⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Wonderful Service at Hotel Thamel

I would especially like to mention Bijaya Tamang, Front Office Supervisor. He is always smiling, friendly, and speaks to guests very politely.
I never saw him getting irritated or speaking rudely, even when things were busy. He is very approachable and always tries his best to understand the guests’ needs and arrange or adjust things whenever possible.
His warm smile, sweet way of speaking, and helpful attitude make guests feel comfortable and welcome. People like Bijaya make the stay at Hotel Thamel even more pleasant.

Best Hotel in Thamel!

Wonderful stay with great hospitality. The front office supervisor Mr. Bijaya Tamang is really hospitable and kind and charming. They have 24/7 open kitchen service and their WiFi speed is very high. Definitely the best stay I had here in Kathmandu.

Very nice hotel in the heart of Thamel

Really enjoyed staying at Hotel Thamel! Great location in the heart of town, super clean rooms, and surprisingly quiet at night.
Huge thanks to Bijaya at the front desk for making our check-in and check-out so smooth. Bijaya was super understanding and even helped us book cabs at really reasonable prices, which saved us a lot of hassle.
Would definitely stay here again!
