Nice hotel bar - the bartender junior! After 1300 km behind the wheel it was nice to get served by Junior in the bar!!
Nice rooms, superb parking - well-maintained and modernly decorated hotel in Leipzig.
Nice bar service, friendly receptionist and nice price for accommodation with good breakfast! Recommended!

Etter hele 1 300 km bak rattet kan vi godt forstå at det var ekstra hyggelig å kunne slappe av i baren. Hotel did not take my allergy seriously
I was very disappointed by my stay at this hotel. When making my reservation, I clearly indicated that I have a down bedding allergy. However, upon arriving in the late afternoon, I found that my room had been prepared with down bedding.
After I informed the receptionist, I was assured that the issue would be addressed, but I was told it would take at least two hours to replace the bedding, which seemed excessive for a four-star hotel. Even after three hours, the bedding had still not been changed. By that time, that receptionist had left, and the remaining staff informed me that nobody had access to allergen-free bedding.
As a result, I was forced to book another hotel in the middle of the night. I then had to contact the hotel manager separately to obtain a refund for the unused room. What was most disappointing was not only the lack of preparation but also the dismissive attitude toward a legitimate health concern. I travel frequently for work, and this was by far the worst hotel accommodation experience I have ever had.

A clearly communicated allergy must be taken seriously and handled with the appropriate attention. If your down bedding allergy was provided to us with the reservation, we should have identified this information before your arrival and prepared the room accordingly.
What concerns me equally is what happened afterwards. Once you brought the issue to our attention, we should have provided a clear and timely solution. Having you wait for several hours, only to then be informed that the remaining team could not access suitable bedding, is not the level of service we expect from ourselves. I also understand how frustrating the changing information and communication from our team must have been.
Ultimately, you should never have been placed in a situation where you felt that your only option was to find another hotel late at night. I sincerely apologize for the way this was handled.
I am glad that the room charge was ultimately refunded, but I fully appreciate that a refund does not compensate for the inconvenience, the time lost, or the experience itself.
We are reviewing both the operational handling of allergy-related requests and the communication between our departments and shifts. Your feedback highlights that it is not enough simply to record such a request – we must ensure that it is acted upon and that our team has the resources and information required to resolve the situation.

We stayed there for 4 nights, and everything was as expected. The only aberdabei was the price for parking, payed directly to the carparking company. I know it's a tough one, because that might just be what to expect, but a whole basement filled with parkingspots and only 6 cars down there. Maybe the parking company the hotel has engaged with has pushed it to far.

Everything was great! Highly recommended. Everything is new and modern. The breakfast has a very large selection. The underground parking is expensive. I'd gladly come back.
