The rooms were not clean upon arrival. The shower drain was completely clogged with old hair, and we had to clear it ourselves just to be able to use the shower. The toilet also became blocked during our stay.
The kitchen was poorly equipped, with several essential items missing. The frying pans were incompatible with the induction cooktop, making it impossible to cook properly. There was also no extractor fan above the stove, so any cooking filled the entire room with smoke and cooking odors.
Despite the hotel advertising convenient beach access, the information about the distance to the beach was misleading. It was significantly farther than expected.
The hotel also failed to provide basic amenities such as pool towels.
The most concerning aspect of our stay was the staff. They were consistently rude, unhelpful, and, on several occasions, behaved in a manner that felt intimidating and threatening rather than professional or customer-oriented. Instead of addressing legitimate concerns, they responded with hostility, making us feel unwelcome throughout our stay.
Overall, this property was poorly maintained, inaccurately advertised, and provided unacceptable customer service. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend this hotel and would strongly encourage others to choose a different property.

The problems:
- Shower didn't work from check-in (low pressure, slimy floors)
- Woke up to no running water - used drinking water bottles to get ready
- Power outage killed WiFi during work call, spoiled groceries
- Only one stove burner worked with their pans
- Below-standard cleaning
The Expedia issue:
We contacted Expedia while at the property. Their agents told us to check out early and confirmed we'd get a refund for unused nights. We followed their instructions.
Then Expedia said the property "declined" the refund and they couldn't help. We followed what Expedia told us to do and still paid for a full week we couldn't use.
For future bookers:
Don't count on Expedia's support even with legitimate infrastructure problems. We have full documentation but couldn't get resolution. The property needs serious investment in water/electrical systems.
We saw similar reviews after booking and wish we could have cancelled. Only positive was the kitchen/laundry, though we barely used them given the utility issues.
Can't recommend until these problems are fixed.
