Worst hotel I've ever been in the world

From the moment I arrived I felt shy, when I arrived at a hotel called hotel cathedral and shows photos of the cathedral but it is two streets and there is a huge building in between, also I paid more for a room that had a balcony to have that view and the only view is the building full of graffiti and a noise of hellish traffic, so I asked to be changed from room to one inside and I did not get the extra I paid, plus the bathroom is full of moisture and the worst of all is that in the 5 days I was staying not one day they went to take out the trash clean or make the beds, and traveled for many years and in different parts of the world and without doubt this was my worst experience

Sleeples nights

Good location! Hotel is nice but doesn’t have an AC which in Cuernavaca means you won’t be able to sleep! Good breakfast and nice staff in the kitchen.
Also people at the reception are not very helpful and couldn’t care less about their jobs. There are better choices in the city.
