Very pleasant experience.

Very good hotel. Central location close to the Cathedral of St. Stephen, good food options. Comfortable, quiet, modern rooms. Attentive and friendly service by the staff Blanka, Bárbara, Banda, Gezu all from the reception who welcomed us with a drink of courtesy. I highly recommend!

Absolutely outstanding Hotel

Arman and every other staff member that works in this building are a blessing to Pullman, me and my parter were treated like royalty. Even when the most minimal thing went wrong they went above and beyond to solve the issue. We have never been treated soo good! Highly recommend staying at this location and hotel, Was clean and tidy, food was amazing, staff were even better! Everyone is so friendly and gave us amazing recommendations to places to go in Budapest. If you are looking for someone to stay and are unsure. Go Pullmans, you will not regret it!

Five-Star Service at Every Step

I had a fantastic stay at Pullman Budapest. The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are comfortable, and everything was spotless.
What truly made my stay exceptional was the reception team. From check-in to check-out, the front desk staff were always welcoming, professional, and incredibly helpful. A special thank you to Vilmos, whose kindness, professionalism, and genuine hospitality made a lasting impression. Every interaction with the guest services team was friendly and efficient, and the reception desk always made me feel well taken care of.
The outstanding service provided by the reception, front desk, and guest services team is what made this stay so memorable. I highly recommend Pullman Budapest and will definitely return!

Great Hotel with Outstanding Staff

I had a great stay at this hotel. The property is beautiful, comfortable, and very well maintained, but what really made the difference was the excellent service.
The reception team was amazing throughout my stay. Everyone at the front desk was friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The warm welcome, quick assistance, and genuine attention made me feel truly valued as a guest.
A special thank you to Roland for his kindness and outstanding service. His friendly attitude and professionalism made my stay even more enjoyable.
I would definitely recommend this hotel and hope to come back again soon.
