Staff were great, place is clean! Nothing was too difficult for the staff. The building is in a good place for all things Hamra.

The location doesn't look terrific on a map but it's actually very convenient. The American University area has lots of restaurants. The hotel is walkable to the Mediterranean and to downtown.

I reserve the suite for 3 adults and they charged me for one extra guest , !!!! very rude staff , ! the entire suite is old and need remodeling ..

The staff were super helpful and generous. The suite was elegantly furnished and cozy. Highly recommend this property.
