Comfortable and relaxed

We stayed for just one night. Our room was nicely decorated, the bed comfortable. Every little detail has been thought of, including housecoats, a keurig coffee station on the landing that includes real milk in the fridge, comfortable furniture on the deck overlooking the St Lawrence, homemade jam .... The host has mastered the art of being welcoming and helpful without being omnipresent. Would stay here again without hesitation if we are ever back that way.

Too Short

Unfortunatly we only stayed one short night at this lovely place. The owner where super nice and the rooms have been lovely decorated. Breakfast was a nice surprise. We had we could wish for. Ask for good weather so you can see St Lawrence stream from a nice veranda.

Good place to stay!

The rooms are pristine with multiple layers of towels. There are three rooms and a balcony on the second floor. The rooms are large.
The balcony looks with a clear view over the grass and reed banks to the St Lawrence river. After dark, if there are no clouds, there is a wonderful view of the stars and Milky Way in the night sky.
The bathrooms are also pristine, with soaps and shampoo etc. The only drawback might be that the bathroom with shower is downstairs, but it is a large.
Breakfast is fruit, eggs, ham and toast with juice and coffee to drink.
It is in a quiet location and is great value.

"Beautiful, friendly, clean inn, good driving access up & down Côte-Nord"

Beautiful spot looking over salt marsh and dunes to the St. Lawrence and the far shore. Top floor has 3 rooms, 1 bathroom (with tub) and a great outside deck (best upstairs room is la Mer). Ground floor has 1 room (le Nid, with balcony), 1 bathroom (with shower) and inside sitting area. All 4 rooms share the 2 bathrooms, but the ground floor room has easiest access to the ground floor bathroom. Owner kindly let us keep some food in the refrigerator. Town has small grocery, bank, and Meriscope.com.

A quaint B&B right on the St. Lawrence

Our stay at this Bed and Breakfast was a pleasant and enjoyable one. This was our first ever experience with a B&B, and we weren't disappointed. The room we had was on the main floor, and offered a privacy door between the bedroom / bathroom and the house's living room. The room and bed were extremely comfortable, and the breakfast was superb. Unfortunately our French language skills aren't very good, but we managed. I would recommend this B&B to anyone traveling in the area.
