Extraordinary

Unique experience in the heart of the forest! We stayed in a bubble. The view was magnificent. The spots are arranged far from each other, it is very intimate.

It would be almost perfect if the service were better

We spent two nights as a family at Canopée Lit and stayed in the house with a view of the fjord.
The accommodation is very comfortable: everything was impeccable upon our arrival, the mattresses are excellent, and we slept very well. The kitchen is well-equipped and the bathroom has a washing machine as well as a dryer, which is very appreciated when traveling as a family.
Next to the reception, a playground for children is available. It was a real plus and our children enjoyed it a lot.
The only downside concerns the service. We arrived about 45 minutes before the official opening of the reception. Although several employees were present and busy around us, no one spoke to us, not even a simple "Hello, can we help you?". We were ignored and left waiting even though we hadn't eaten yet and our house was actually already ready. It's a shame, because this first impression somewhat tarnished our arrival.
During check-in, we were greeted by an intern who still seemed poorly trained. For example, she was not able to tell us if Wi-Fi was available in our accommodation. Fortunately, it worked perfectly once we were there. Better support for new employees would undoubtedly help offer a more reassuring welcome experience.
Fortunately, these few points were largely compensated for by the quality of the accommodation, in which we immediately felt comfortable.
Tadoussac and its region are magnificent. We will return with pleasure!

Sleep immersed in nature

We spent a night in the Bouleau Penché. Given that a minimum of adaptive spirit is required, this was one of the most fun and alternative experiences during our traveling trip to Eastern Canada. Falling asleep looking at the stars and waking up looking at the branches of the trees moved by the wind is an emotion to feel. In the morning we were punctually delivered breakfast, consisting of bread, butter, jam, scones, yogurt with granola, orange juice, while for hot drinks you have to self-manage with what is supplied in the cottage. We also tried the pizzeria located near the reception and all in all the dinner was appreciable. Very nice and helpful guys who run the restaurant. In conclusion, an experience that I would recommend.
