Situated at the corner of Highways 7 and 511, this Perth property provides free Wi-Fi. A small fridge and a microwave are included in each guest room. Perth Town centre is 2 km away.

The place is clean and frankly it seems like it's a new hotel, as it's so well taken care of. The owners are very pleasant and easy to talk with.
The location in Perth is handy for us, as while it's on the highway, it's set back pretty far and the traffic sound doesn't affect my sleep at all.
There are comfortable plastic chairs out in front of most (all ?) rooms and often folks will sit out there and watch the traffic while chatting. We sat outside and it was very pleasant.
As I'm a coffee hound, I have found I can put a 8-12 basket coffee filter and use ground coffee in their coffee machine to make unlimited number of pots of coffee. I use the non-refrigerated coffee creamers to make it very pleasant, although the room fridge could easily hold a container of milk/cream.

There were chairs outside the room. The room had an air conditioner which we did not need. There were 3 sets of windows which provided a nice breeze.
The bathroom soap was very tiny so bring your own. Also the bedspread was pretty outdated but clean.
I would stay there again.

It is so clean, I kept thinking it was brand new.
The owner is very friendly.
There's no ice machine.
There's a coffee maker in the room, good for 3 cups of coffee. For 2 people I think they should supply 6 cups worth, which is 2 coffee packs instead of one.
Very handy location in Perth.
I booked 2 nights and then due to change in plans asked owner to stay 2 more nights. No issues.
