If you plan to stay at Le Nordet, you need to manage your expectations. It is a perfectly fine roadside motel, but their website makes it sound like it is a country club. The room was adequately clean and comfortable. The breakfast was minimal and the cafe is underwhelming. If that is what you want, then it is fine, but don’t be fooled by the overly exaggerated marketing. There are better accommodations closer to Gaspé or Percé.

Nice clean appartment, we loved having a kitchen to prepare our meals and the sofa bed allowed for 2 separate beds, although the sofa bed was stained and old. The appartment was spacious. The AC was efficient but noisy, we wished we could just open the window instead but that was not possible. We did not try the spa, or the restaurant, the common area was clean and neat with a beautiful view of the ocean. We also liked that some trails were accessible nearby, at a walking distance from the hotel. We also booked a sunset sea kayaking experience, it was wonderful and worth the price, the guide Miguel was friendly, knowledgeable, and fun to kayak with

We spent a week at this hotel in July 2026. I cannot say enough good things about the staff. They were always pleasant and helpful. Our room had a well equipped kitchen. The beds were comfortable, the air conditioning worked well which was great because the week we stayed was a hot one. The bathroom delivered nice hot water for showers. If I was being picky I would say that the room would benefit from a closet or a wardrobe to hang clothing and the stairs leading to the room could have railings to make it more accessible. The itinerary for our week did not offer us an opportunity to use the spa which I would have loved to try.

Not a good price-quality ratio

We slept one night at the Nordet, two adults and one child. In short, although the establishment is pleasant, the price is very high for what we get in return.
It is an old establishment by the highway whose general appearance and decor have been optimized. Our room was very clean. The mattress was, however, quite soft: as a couple, we end up in the middle. The sink faucet came off in our hands, just like the shower one. My boy even almost got scalded. The bathroom blind was also very worn and riddled with holes.
The continental breakfast was pleasant and the dining room offers an incredible view of the water. However, there is little space on the grounds to sit down.
Beyond the $300 paid for our basic room, we would have had to add supplements to have an air mattress for our son, use the barbecue, and access the spa. Our boy therefore slept on the floor on our own camping mattress.
At this price, we expected better.
