It was a holiday weekend in toronto. i believe it was Caribana. I heard after we arrived the property was sold out. stay was good. room was clean. the only problem i had was on 2 of the 4 nights there were kids running through the halls and stairs yelling and being kids. For them great, for me trying to get some rest not the greatest. i would come back again

We were only there for a day for a concert, but our check in was quick and easy. Staff members were helpful with information regarding our concert location drop off and pick ups. Also coffee shop and restaurants nearby as well as the cinema.

Room wa nice, clean and spacious with good prices.
But I have to pay breakfast which has not many option.

The room was very clean! The staff were amazing. They made great recommendations for restaurants in the area. Parking was free and there was ample space. The lounge area was a great space to sit in and very relaxing. Also the breakfast on the morning menu was really good with healthy options.

We stayed here for 1 week. Overall our stay was ok. The hotel was not busy, was quiet, and was within walking distance of a few restaurants. The food at the café was good.
The biggest issue was the cleanliness. Our room was not clean. Upon arriving we found old dried up food between the bed sheet and blanket. Obvious that the bed had just been made up, but not stripped of bedding since the previous people occupying the room. There was a single shoe left in the room. It was obvious looking under the bed that it hasn't been vacuumed in years. The overall cleanliness of the room was lacking. It needed a thorough cleaning. The issues were dealt with in a timely manner, but the food left in the bed was a bad start. Quite disgusting to know that the bed hadn't been cleaned. Would not stay here again.
