Exceptional Hospitality and Service
We stayed at this hotel and from the very first moment we received an excellent welcome from the Front Office Team. We were assisted even before our arrival, a special thanks to Katia, always available and attentive, and to Marco for the great tips about Dublin.
Ingrid made breakfast an excellent and very welcoming experience every morning. A big thank you as well to the bartenders John and Dimitri, top service.
The property truly deserves recognition. I really appreciated the atmosphere, the room and the hotel services overall. The only thing missing, in my opinion, is definitely a SPA.
Everyone was extremely friendly and professional, including Gio and his team at Coburg, always welcoming and able to make international guests feel comfortable while naturally speaking different languages.
Standards are perfectly aligned with luxury hospitality.
We will gladly return in June

Beautiful night spent at the Conrad Dublin
Wonderful stay, I have enjoyed all the services and liked it so much, especially Ana and Lavinia at the front Desk, Pedro in the evening for dinner and Tom for the breakfast service, excellent professionalism, warm and authentic smiles and full care of the guest, I will definetely recommend this place for anybody Who wants to visit.

Top-notch hotel
This is an excellent hotel with a great location and a phenomenal staff. We went there for the UNC vs. TCU football game and had a great experience. Would recommend if visiting Dublin.

Big dissapointment
Very disappointing for a Conrad, particularly considering the rates and the expectations that come with the brand.
There were definitely some positives. The lobby was attractive, and the bars looked modern and inviting. Breakfast was included with our stay and was pretty much spot-on. There was an excellent selection with plenty of choices, everything we tried tasted good, and they even had real honeycomb—a very nice touch.
Unfortunately, the rest of the experience didn't match that standard. Our room was quite small, the service was mediocre, and we generally did not find the staff particularly friendly or welcoming.
The biggest issue was the air conditioning unit, which actually poured water into our room. It was repaired, only for the exact same thing to happen again the following day. Considering this happened twice, I expected considerably more than a simple "sorry." There was no meaningful apology from management, no follow-up, and no attempt to accommodate us or acknowledge the inconvenience.
The attention to cleanliness and maintenance in the common areas was also surprising. An empty Fanta can sat in the seventh-floor elevator lobby for two days and was still there when we checked out. There was also a visible spiderweb in the corner of the elevator vestibule. These may sound like small details individually, but at a hotel of this caliber they speak to a lack of attention.
For a Conrad—and especially at these rates—we expected a much higher level of service, maintenance and hospitality. A nice lobby and very good breakfast couldn't overcome the other issues.
Overall, very, very disappointing and nowhere near the experience we expected from the Conrad brand. location was very good and central to walking.
